The hotel is situated inside a village in Fairview, Quezon City. It's near an elementary school. The place is quite peaceful but during school hours, children abound but to me it's quite bearable. The hotel does not have elevator but it's not as high since there are just 4 floors to accommodate its guests, and the 5th floor serves as the hotel's restaurant and guests and their visitors are welcome to stay ang hang out with no extra costs aside from the food they might order. The rooms they have are very neat and clean, and they have the cleanest linens of the hotels I have stayed so far in Metro Manila. They have nice bathrooms and a kitchenette. Cable and wifi connectivity are excellent. The staff are very accommodating, I have stayed there for more than a month and they have been very helpful.||The hotel is close to supermarkets and other essential establishments. There is a nearby mall that has stores offering some of the basic needs aside from fast foods. There are also fastfood stores nearby and are all at a few blocks from the hotel.||The hotel during my stay does not have POS machine for credit cards so you need to bring cash to pay but they are planning to have such in due time. Hopefully they would have other payment options too.||Hotel is also good as a halfway home when you have trips to North Luzon (if you drive).||Food, it's more like typical Luzon food that they offer. They have lots of room for improvement but for a budget, it's fair enough.||I suggest you book early. Bring with you your phones to cruise through the area. I like walking around, just be careful with some dog and cat mines. I have not explored the area that much. There is the nearby...

The table where the phone is placed has peeled off portions and unsightly. The bathroom is a bit small but is clean and the shower has a proper heater. The table and chairs are OK. Electric sockets available to charge your phone or use a laptop. Wifi is fast||||One drawback here is that parking is limited. However, a staff member helped me find parking. The front desk complies with health protocols and vaccine cards. This is a good thing.||||Everything went well until I called up the restaurant “The Garden” on the 5th floor for room service. It is such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.||||I call up 507 and the person on the other end said, “Jollibee.” Now that got me momentarily confused. I had the menu in my hand. I said “Isn’t this number for The Garden?” The guy at other end laughed and said “Yes,||what would you like?”||||I felt insulted. I hung up the phone. I reported the matter to front desk. I don’t know what disciplinary action management took. And I certainly lost my appetite. ||||It was all going so well until that stupid incident. I would have given Spiral Suites five stars. But that incident is going to cost one star, and hesitation for me to avail of room service, in case I...
Read moreMy hubby and I had a very pleasant stay at Spiral Suites Hotel last 2019. So we decided to come back and celebrate our anniversary here. As usual, Spiral Suites Hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are clean and spacious, with cool air-con, warm shower and comfortable bed. We enjoyed watching our favorite TV shows on the huge cable TV while lounging on the soft sofa bed. They also have free internet connection which is faster and more stable now compared to our last visit and the hotel is safe and fully protected by CCTV with polite and cheerful staff.
When we got hungry, all we had to do was just dial 507 to order food from their restaurant on the 5th floor. And since our room was at the 5th floor, we opted to eat at the restaurant. Their restaurant has just opened and has a great selection of mouth-watering food perfect for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner at a very affordable price. It has a great ambiance, relaxing music, suitable lighting and gentle fresh breeze which contributed to our overall dining experience. The food that we ordered, Crispy Pata, was so sumptuous and delicious! We enjoyed it so much that it was gone in a matter of minutes. We also got to try their Tuna and Chicken sandwiches which was very heavenly and a must-try! They also have Kare-Kare, Sinigang and Silog meals that I would love to try on our next visit.
Very highly recommended! Spiral...
