Zutto Ramen-ya — Restaurant in Quezon City

Finally a Ramen place near my old school. I remember always craving for Ramen before and I'm happy to see this so we decided to try it as soon as we saw the poster. This is located at Regalado Hive's 2nd floor. The place is small, fits around 10-12 people inside but has al fresco seating. The seats are arranged like authentic japanese ramen restaurants where you are seated in front of the kitchen where you can watch how they make the food. Good menu selection since it's a variety of Japanese dishes and appetizers.

The Black Zutto is really good. One of the best ramen I tried. It kind of reminded me on a ramen I tried in Tokyo before. Rich in flavor. Noodles are firm which I really love. The pork is well-cooked and delicious. My Mom got Chicken Teriyaki which is just okay. Price point is affordable compared to premium Japanese ramen restaurants. I think it's worth it because of the quality and great service.

Parking is available (free for the first 2 hours if validated) since it's located in a commercial complex.

A well-hidden gem. The location is a bit unfortunate because it looks like a rundown vacant building that doesn't make it immediately obvious that there are in fact a few open establishments inside. The place is small, with a bar good for a few customers and a couple of tables outside, not unlike real Japanese ramen bars. Place was clean and cozy but can only accommodate 12 people inside at a time but have an al fresco option. We got their Black zutto and their Shoyu ramen which were both good but needed thicker broth. Their red zutto was spicy and their noodles great but could also be better with a creamier broth. They only give you 2 chashu that are too thinly sliced but are very flavorful. Food was served in under 20 mins. Fairview finally has a go-to ramen place. This will surely satisfy your authentic...
