If you want to be traumatized and treated like you were not welcome even if you are a paying customer, stay here. The staff was rude and horrible to us: Was not organized and could not make any decisions they had to always ask viber messages from Peter to confirm things so it took so much time just to check in. Rude and not accommodating at all. Every interaction with them was unpleasant and even traumatizing What was listed on the property was not true it said that there is rfid card to allow us to come in and out by ourselves if we had to go out but there was none. We had to call Ms Choo every time and she was always mad at us having to come in and out. We even apologized to her for HER inconvenience but she is still very rude to us The parking although available was a big inconvenience because we kept being asked to go out and re arrange slots because of customer coming in and out so our stay was very chaotic. They kept knocking on our door very loudly disturbing our sleep in the morning. When we ignore the first knock they just keep knocking without even apologizing for disturbing us when we checked in to try to relax from the weekdays. We had to ask for the wifi password, an extra towel bc they only gave us one. The ref did not have an adaptor so we had to ask for it again and we even had to ask for the lock combination of our own room. All in SEPARATE occasions. If we had not asked they would not have given it to us. When we were checking out Ms Choo was very rude and handed me the deposit payment like she was throwing it into the trash did not even have the common decency to say thank you for staying When we were checking in we had the wrong dates so there was a mishap but it was fixed because I booked another one for the correct date in booking site. The problem was they were very rude and did not even ask us to sit. She even refused to check the booking info I was trying to show her that's why it took such a long time we were all just outside by the parking area and then moved to a hallway.

Read moreHad to press that 2 star rating although it's between a 2 and a 3. Many rooms claustrophobic. Was lucky after 4 look look with nice assistant rhea,she found one that suited me. Bathroom obscenely tiny without a lavatory. You have to go outside,a sink by the door. No mini bar. There's a common pantry for all guests at the basement for chilling your drinks. Not convenient to be going up and down in your PJs. Not a single LEAF at the Leafhouse. All the leaves are in the neighbor's huge yard. I got a real good view of that beautiful tree,thank goodness. VERY CLEAN. EXTREMELY GOOD MATTRESS, I slept very well. What a pity. It has a lot of potential but i need to hug a ref for my fruits and sodas. And i have a bathroom fetish. It's not just having a.budget price. It's about real comfort for a short or long stay. This doesn't work for me. Would rather pay a higher rate to get extra comfort and service. Oh, it had a nice open wardrobe closet....
