TL:DR;

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!! Really, save your money, sanity and health and go elsewhere.

This place needs to be renamed from Nassim to Nasty!!

Over rated and over priced. For a family it cost PHP15K for sub standard, possibly hazardous rooms and completely sub standard restaurant.

RESORT FACILITIES

Hope you don't have arthrities like I do (60yo+ male), as there are no lifts and no busboys/concierge to help move your luggage.

The only nearly good thing was the pool. It's huge, and has a children's and adult waterslide. HOWEVER, these only operate sporadically and when/if the 'lifeguard' turns on the pumps to have running water on the slide. Pool facilites supposedly are from 8am till 9pm but this obviously does not mean the water slides as they only where operating from 10am till 6pm.

Oh, and be careful and mindful of your children and keep an eye on them whilst in the pool as the 'lifeguard' has a habit of 'wandering off' to the restaurant to have a chitchat with the other employees there. Obviously has no idea what 'lifeguard' means or what their duty is. So, be warned, your children ARE NOT SUPERVISED by the lifeguard at all!

I asked for a different/cleaner/less hazardous rooms, but everything was booked out........ supposedly.

This has been THE WORST place we have stayed in and there should be an agency that makes them rename this 'hovel' from "Resort"...

Had the chance to stay in this hotel, rooms are ok and spacious with living room, comfort room and kitchen, also have TV and refrigerator available, problem was there was no air-conditioning on the bed rooms only on the living room so you'll have to open your door to let the cool air from the living room to your room which is kind of inconvenient. Internet was down so I had to rely on my mobile data.

Service was ok, some employees were attentive and helpful but saw some slacking around but I think those were OJT students.

The free breakfast was mediocre, kind of a let down for me. They served it already cold and the rice is already clumping.

Pool area was great and very big, complete with comfy seats, huts, and a big slide, other hotels don't have a pool and also the hotels beachfront is clean though the water is kind of blurry.

Overall it was an ok experience for me. Will I go back? Yes because of the pool...

This is a one big hotel! They have an olympic sized swimming pool and the best accommodating staffs ever! Their family room is huge. It has 2 bedrooms, a sala with couch and cabled tv, a mini kitchen, a hot and cold shower, a ref plus they also let you borrow and use their kettle! The bedrooms have a king-sized bed and the other room has a double deck. They even have toiletries! They also have cottages for rent for only Php200 with griller. They also serve free breakfast! And purified water are available near the rooms! The furnitures that they have on the ground floor are absolutely luxurious! You can't even tell that this is just a beach hotel!

So, if you are travelling to Sta. Ana, Cagayan, make sure to check this hotel out. Promise, you won't regret...
