HCG HOTEL (Formerly Residence Mansion Hotel) — Hotel in Tabaco

im santiago american stay in this hotel our room is suite room, how to claimed to be no# 1.there alot of things been locking..the supervisor is not friendly....we encountered problem the air con keep on watering inside the room for 3 days the guys help us put some pail and rug to dry our floor and try to help us to fix the problem then just sudden one man go inside the room without introducing his name or what position he had.he never try an effort to knock to the door b4 he get in..its a signed of disrespect and lost of privacy of the guess.we didnt know him, even he is the supervisor we just surprised that he get in the room.then no room service, not allowed to eat inside the bedroom because the supervisor didnt allowed and in the morning the breakfast didnt serve at 6:30am as the schedule they open around 7:30 - 8am and the food in the menu is not available...half of the menu in the menu list are not available and no soda nor san miguel light.. the soap only give us 2 pcs for almost a month that stay in this hotel,toilet tissue only 1 per day, the hot and cold shower need to be fix we already call for repair but didnt work on it the poor housekeeper try to adjust only control hater so we can used the hot only.the bedding didnt change every time we clean up our room and we request the bath curtain to change coz it smell so bad the staff say sorry because they dont have extra for that, 1 staff washed the bath curtain, no rug in the bathroom,the bed is not to soft to sleep comfortable,,then one more thing wen we go to manila we tell the front disk that we pay the room even wer not around then wen we go back from manila the air con is closed we try to on its off we ask the front disk the supervisor tell the guys to off the current supply unplug ever thing in the room hello we pay that y he do that,, the supervisor didnt care to the guess, with or without guess he keep on saying offensive word to the nice staff of this hotel...we want to talk to the owner that their supervisor..hotel the owner do an action with this..the supervisor is the main problem and mismanage the hotel and how he treat his guess.worst hotel i have been check in...hope the owner monitor this...

I have stayed with HCG Residences mansion twice and I am giving my first hand, non biased review of the place. Stay here only if you dont need tissue paper, soap, and shampoo. We were in a party of 3 people and was only provided with 1 soap and 1 shampoo for our stay. According to them, it was their hotel policy that they only give out 1 soap and 1 shampoo, even if you are 5 staying in your room(for the executive rooms). We paid extra for our bed, and yet the soap given was only one for the three of us. Also, the supervisor cannot be found when my companion had an upset stomach and not provided toilet paper, according to them, they already gave us the days supply. Their toilet paper was 1 ply, so it is not enough for 1 day. Also I had a fight with their supervisor(avoid this guy at all cost, name of Wilson) as he does not have any public relations with the guests, claiming that they dont give out soap for the guests. He was also nowhere to be found when the girl at the front desk(Aiza) who doesnt have any public relations as well, was telling me that I have to wait for their supervisor, as he has the keys to the stock room for the supplies..hello? so if you need shampoo or soap, the only guy who has the keys to the stockroom was their supervisor. They claim to be number 1 in Tabaco but with this lousy service, you better stay at the other hotels as they dont have any ettiquette...

Stayed there 2 times visiting in- laws. Come on people, it Tobaco City not New York City. Yes, it different. Yes, it's a different standard here. Yes, everything is tight but the location of this hotel is perfect. Right across the street from he Tobaco Mall. If you going to complain then the Philippines is not a country to visit. A little common sense goes a long way, especially out here in the province. Manila is not much better. If this hotel does not have what you need walk across the street a buy it, or go down the street to the LCC Mall. The rooms are clean. I never had a problem with anything. Room service is great. Food served is pretty good and the place is safe. If you get the 2nd floor and the room the had the balcony overlooking the Main Street you can watch the talent shows on the weekends in front of the mall. I jut wish that the police officer that works in th sub office cross from the hotel would stop blowing his whistle, no one ever pays any attention to...
