HM Transient in Tuguegarao City is the place to stay if you are looking for cleanliness, comfort, and relaxation. We booked two air-conditioned rooms that can accommodate five pax and it did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations considering the very minimal price.

Each room has complete basic amenities from clean restroom, stable internet connection, and safe drinking water. The rooms have complete and functional kitchen that makes it convenient for cooking and food preparation.

I definitely recommend HM Transient! It is a home away from home.

A place with a very nice ambiance. Highly recommended especially to those who will take their exams for you can totally concentrate on your review and during your leisure time, you can stay either on the balcony or at the back for you to relax while enjoying the view. Newly-built and completely furnished but can still be availed at a very affordable price. And if you come in groups, the owner would even give you discounts. And if you have requests, the owner/caretaker will tend to your needs immediately. I will surely visit this place again and again...

HM Transient is a relatively new yet affordable place for travellers (Php1750 for 5 people). I love how they have air-conditioned rooms that can accommodate big groups. There is even a kitchen though no fridge is in the room. No towels available but sheets are fresh. They have tabletop games to help your stay be enjoyable even without television in the room.
