Green Turtle Residences — Hotel in Zamboanguita

In trying to navigate my way through areas for a rental water front i was given the GreenTurtles Residences, first dismissed it because I had located a big house on the ocean that appealed to me, which after many attempts to find out the availablilty etc another agent told me it was rented and pointed me to Green Turtles..i had several days of emails back and forth and then decided to go for it.. then i noticed the rent was different from what the agent had given me, i questioned it with the owner and she declared her amount was the right one.. up 10000p.more.. i questioned this, as I , did not want to be taken with a new rent amount now that i was an interested party. WELL

The best Apartment in Southern

If you are looking to rent an apartment in Southern Negros below Dumaguete you don’t need to look anywhere else. We have stayed here for 3 months and it’s been a “paradise place”. The rooms are brand new and fitted out to a very high standard. The pool is wonderful and no chlorine! The owner and staff have been amazing and are now like family. As divers we have also enjoyed diving regularly in the house reef (Thalatta) which is literally at the front of the garden! The location is perfect. We have enjoyed the exclusive use of the facilities here but have also been welcomed by Thalatta Resort next door who offer top quality diving both in Dauin and Apo Island. Their dive team are the best. Also the good there is awesome they have a French Chef who’s team produce excellent good. So to sum up, if you can find a spot where they have availability you will...

We have spent 2 weeks in this great place located in front of the sea. The residence is very calm with nice swimming pool and green clean garden. Great place to spend a cold winter if you are retired. Thalatta Dive Resort is located just a few steps from the residence so could be a option if you are a diver(was the case for us were unable to stay in thalatta which was fully occupied by other members of our diving club). Great restaurant Tropika just 100 meters from the residence I strongly recommend (if you need pesos thalatta can exchange euros).Nice market nearby to buy some fish and cook it on the gas barbecue available for all residents. BTW if for any reasons you want to show the residence to a friend who is not a part of the guests do it after 5pm the staff is getting very nervous about external visitors and avoid making any disturbances...
