I went with a friend for a cycling training trip in the mountains Before booking the hotel, we called to check if there was a room available – there was, but the price was 20% higher than in the area.

Upon arrival, it turned out that the reception had no knowledge of our stay, even though it was already 11 PM. They didn’t provide us with any information about the hotel, what was included in the price, or how to get to the room.

When we entered room B12 (I think), it turned out to be unclean and dirty – unacceptable. When we told the reception, the man said he didn’t know what to do. So, we went out to eat, even though the entire stay had been paid for in advance.

After about 40 minutes, it turned out the staff was cleaning the room. The room had been booked for 2 people separately, but when we entered, there was one double bed and a sofa!

The breakfasts were quite poor – only the sausages and bread were good. Not all of the food was fresh. For example, the pancakes were old. The fruits and vegetables were also old – both smelled stale. The cakes were like plastic ones from a cheap bakery – simply not tasty.

The hotel looks nice, with a jacuzzi on the terrace and a sauna in the room – but it was unclear whether we were allowed to use them. There were supposedly various attractions, but no one gave us any information about where they were or when they were available.

Upon check-out, the staff asked for payment, saying they didn’t know whether the stay had been paid for, even though we had booked everything via Booking with online payment. In the end, the staff apologized three times for the room, but the overall impression was still strange. The hotel visit took place in September, still during good weather. If you plan to lower the quality outside of peak season, then offer more competitive prices. Overall, having visited many places around Europe, I would not...

A nice, newly built hotel with its own parking lot and a great location near a national park. We stayed in a family suite, which was large and had its own sauna, TV, refrigerator, and balcony. The beds are large and comfortable. Unfortunately, the sauna is set to a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius, so it doesn't serve its purpose as a sauna, but just warms you up. The trash can was taken out every day by room service, which is nice. If you want a coffee maker in your room, it is only available at an additional cost, which is a shame. Also, be prepared for paid parking even for hotel guests (50 PLN/day). Overall, children are welcome at the hotel - there is a playroom, cinema, computers, table football, billiards, etc. However, the playroom for younger children had broken equipment and was quite dirty. Drinks in the hotel bar are more expensive, but it is a pleasant place to sit. As for wellness, there are two large outdoor hot tubs, which are almost always full, as well as a salt cave, which requires a reservation, and massages. The breakfast is definitely one of the better ones – a large selection, fast service, and food is replenished continuously. It was no problem to communicate in English at...

Fantastisch. Ganz klare Empfehlung von mir.👍
