Lubicz Hotel Wellness & SPA — Hotel in Ustka

Where does one begin to summarize 10 months at The Lubicz Wellness & Spa? Due to work, I once again had the privilege and honor of staying in Ustka.

The staff are simply amazing. I find myself lacking words to describe them. Professional, courteous, helpful, and always making you feel welcomed, as if I were a member of their family. Staying for as long as I did, I got to know them all, and I will miss them. I wish them all the best. I will definitely be back privately in the future.

The room was spacious and always kept super clean and smelling fresh. The only improvement I would like to suggest is to install bigger and newer tv sets. The WIFI is a bit iffy, but besides that, when it worked, it was OK.

The SPA is simply fantastic, with a great variety of massages and treatments. Not to mention the salt cave, infra red sauna. Don't miss this when you stay here. You will definitely feel rejuvenated.

The pool area is also great, with a dry sauna and a steam one. There's also a great jacuzzi here where you can sit back and relax.

The breakfast is delicious, with a great variety and with something for everyone. The buffet dinner is served between 17:00 and 19:00. The dishes are varied and delicious. The a la carte restaurant has some great dishes too. Although my favorite starter was removed from the menu. The bar serves great drinks, and there is live music playing every Friday and Saturday, which adds a nice touch. Another suggestion for this area is to perhaps add some snacks as one doesn't always want to eat a full meal.

It's within walking distance from Grand Lubicz, where you can enjoy their fantastic gym, aqua park, restaurants, and nightclub with a bowling lane. It's about a 10 to 15 min walk from the beach and down town area, which is a nice way to help digest all the good food.

Booked the hotel for four nights during Xmas time. A week prior to our arrival tried to call to clarify the meal schedule for the holiday and waited over two hours till somebody had picked up the phone. |Arrived to the hotel and the smell of chlorine from the pool was so strong that we needed to go out after checking to catch our breath. ( I assume the pool water was not changed in a long time so they needed to doctor it with chlorine in huge quantities,,|The room was large with stained carpet. The bathroom was the best and most modern part of the room. The room furniture was dark ( 60th style hotel furniture in the US,,)|The room was not vacuumed once in our stay.. bed linen and towels were changed daily at out request,,|We had a meal plan for our stay.. breakfast was good... clocked meals such as dinner and lunch were at most adequate. Nothing fancy or overly tasty. Xmas dinner was a flop. |There is no lobby you can sit so if you happen to be there in the winter and there is nothing to do outside, you are forced to stay in your room. The town is dead in winter time...|For the price we paid, we could find a better...

Ustka is a specific place, because it is perfect for everyone – for people who want to relax, but also for those who love sports and activities. This was one of the reasons why we decided to visit just this seaside resort. We chose Lubicz Hotel as it provided an ideal base for exploring the area. I want to emphasize that it was to be only a place for sleeping, because my wife and I planned mainly active holidays at the seaside. What turned out upon arrival? Well, it turned out that the hotel was so well organized, beautiful, well-kept and full of attractions that we left it only few times! The rooms were spacious, well equipped, with nice interior. Very good food – chapeau bas for the chefs. The staff were very nice, always helpful. The hotel was organized very well, but we took a liking for the SPA and we spent most of our time there. We enjoyed the stay very much. We rarely go back to the same place, but this time we will rather make an exception. I recommend this place to other...
