The hotel was very nice . Once arrived to receptionist was a bit wary we had a double bed and asked a colleague about it. Luckily the bloke was more settle by saying was a double bed. Havent she seen gay people yet?! We pay for a room and not for being scutrinized. She needs training. Other then that room 114 was nice fridge didn't work but after contacting reception was all sorted . Pool area nice but they need more umbrellas. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Staff kept hiding. Water said was hot wasn't Kettle didn't have water. Overall not great breakfast. Very pretty inside but need better service in general and better breakfast. A tension to detail it's simply not there. Nuno Quina in the reception, a great and friendly professional don't want let me carry my bags to my room, after give me a guided visit In the hotel I be very impressed. They prep me some snacks in the bar, what is really good after 700km in temperatures around 35°C.|In the evening the barman José Castelinho, very friendly and professional give advice about the best restaurants around.
