Hotel Primavera — Hotel in Amadora

Awful customer service. There was no way to book a room, despite of I used different credit cards, plus they kept pushing me to make the payment by bank transfer. It looked like they had a special interest on using this payment method. Finally, the cancelled my reservation one last time (after confirming I could use the whole day to make the payment), arguing that I had exceeded the booking window. I don't give them 0 stars because google does not allow so.

Su atención ha sido nefasta, me han denegado la reserva dos veces, cambiando de diferente tarjeta de crédito y animándome a que les pase el dinero por transferencia bancaria. Parecía que tenían especial interés en que realizase el pago a través de este medio. Al final, me han cancelado la reserva (tras decirme que me dejaban el día de hoy para hacer el pago), al cambiar la tarjeta diciéndome que el límite de tiempo de la reserva había excedido. No les pongo 0 estrellas porque no me...

Was really pleasant and relaxed. The team was super supportive and always there if we needed anything. Room very clean any issues were dealt with in the swift matter. I would recommend to anyone. Definitely coming back...

Tiny rooms. There is desk but cannot seat because there is no space. Cannot use the parking because it's far. Not the best...
