I had been to Longevity and many other Spas before, and had booked their Wellness program. It is an intimate boutique hotel, with beautiful sea view and with nice garden and outside pool and whirlpool. The property is newly renovated in a cozy style with good sized rooms, some with lovely terraces or garden spots. The food is excellent and the breakfasts healthy and plentiful. The hotel welcomes both guests on or off a Spa programme. Nothing feels like a Clinic, unlike the Algarve Longevity property.|The Clinic, Wellness and Spa areas are nice and discreet, you first go through a medical evaluation with tests etc. With Dr. Leonardis who is as nice as she is competent! Listens, advises, checks-in with how programme is going and ever present, nothing is ever a problem.|There is a full-blown catalogue of treatments, with the latest tech and equipment, great ostheopaths and therapists for both face and body treatments. Some classic treatments and some that was a first for me. If you are on a programme your days are busy, but that is what you are there for. The programmes includes yoga or PT if you choose, and more or less depending on the programmes of course.|I did the 5 night program, and walked away feeling energized, toned, stronger and happy!|I recommend this place, also because it’s closer if you are based in central Europe with a direct flight to Lisbon, easy to get to, and gives you a feeling of being also on holiday and not only on a restrictive program. I highly recommend!|The beautiful beach of Guincho and the village of Cascais are 5 mins...

Great adult only, boutique hotel, on the road from Cascais to Guincho which specialises in well-being . ||We are familiar with central Cascais and decided for a change to stay a couple of miles out of town…NO REGRETS.||Wonderfully helpful staff, great food with a wide range of healthy breakfast options. A decent sized outside pool with ample comfortable loungers. ||The hotel is tastefully decorated, the beds (yes beds) that we experienced were large and extremely comfortable and the shower water pressure, the best we’ve had in a while!. ||The longevity senses hotel was super, so much so that we decided to upgrade our room during the stay to broaden our experience , with a thought to returning. Both the rooms we chose had sea views but on upgrade we chose a much bigger balcony at the front of the hotel to really enjoy the views. ||If we had to criticise anything, perhaps the spa feels slightly small but it has all the expected facilities, sauna, steam etc. The spa area focus being more on the wellness treatment rooms.. and think more colonic irrigation than bikini waxing 😉||The evening dinner options are plentiful if you decide to stay in the hotel but if you have a car or enjoy a good ‘flat’ walk, you can explore the many excellent seafood restaurants in the near vicinity and beyond. ||We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the area. ||Finally thanks to you all at Longevity for a...

Just checked in this hotel today for 7 days, upon arrival everything was okay, however we were not impressed. And after 30 minutes I’ve asked if it was possible to reduce our stay to 4 days instead of 7. It’s nonrefundable, even though on the website it says cancellation costs one night😐 The rooms in real life are much smaller than they appear on the website. I highly doubt that the room we have has 23m2! Also the territory of the hotel feels more like a parking lot, with the balcony/terrace open you don’t face the views of the sea/forest, but cars. They don’t have a transfer to the beach/city, however you can call an uber that takes 20-30 minutes to arrive. Moreover, the safe doesn’t work, but they brought us a key. Also safe can be easily opened without the key 🫠 And also the electric does this annoying sound when working. They told they would fix it, but Highly unsatisfied.

Furthermore, when we were checking out, they charged us 30€ for drinks, but the thing is whenever we ordered drinks we paid for them immediately, so they wouldn’t be assigned to our room. Then the receptionist looked into it and couldn’t tell us where those 30€ came from, so he said it was okay and we don’t need to pay. To sum up, this hotel is definitely not a 5 star...

I have mixed feelings about Longevity Senses. The pool and lounge area is great, but it's right on the main road, detracting from its relaxing nature/intent (loud cars are incessantly whipping by and the hedges, as a means of privacy, block most of the ocean view). The rooms--and even the hotel--have a lovely coastal New England charm, but everything is about nickel-and-diming the guest. Want more than the singular coffee pod? An extra fee. Want more water? An extra fee. In fact, the spa is very much the same case; baseline: pleasant, convenient, and clean, but a standard massage/package is more than double the price you'd expect at a normal/comparable spa in the area. The breakfast is overall fine, and the staff are attentive during those hours, but the front desk is otherwise very detached and disinterested--not the "5-star" experience you would expect. Also, just a note: if you're traveling from abroad, make sure you bring an adapter; there are neither spare adapters nor USB-A plugs.

We stayed at the newly opened Longevity Spa hotel in Cascais, and it was a true hidden gem! Located right by the ocean, surrounded by peace and nature — waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning was magical. The hotel is brand new, with a fresh and modern design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and high-quality linens. There’s a coffee machine in the room, and bottled water is replenished daily — a small but thoughtful touch. A couple of small suggestions: it would be great to have more shelves in the bathroom for toiletries, and a shoehorn would be a useful addition.
