Magoito Beach Apartments — Hotel in Sintra

Well below average standard, humid and cold.

The good:

The hand soap smells really nice. The living room is quite large. There was no dust or sand on the floor. Nice location on walking distance to the beach.

The bad:

The apartment smells quite much like a damp basement.

In November it's very cold, especially on the floor. The small heater we got was not able to even heat the small bedroom enough, and barely noticeable difference in the living room temperature.

The towels were quite used (one had holes in it from wear and tear), and since it was so humid and cold it sometimes took more than 24 hours to get the towel dry.

The bathroom had quite a lot of black mould (see photos).

The bed had 3 different covers, all of which were needed in November. All of them had different sizes making it quite unpleasant to try to sleep since they all got garbled.

When it rained heavily outside the 1 glass windows fogged up from the inside making it impossible to look out.

The water pressure in the showers was extremely low when using the hot water.

The doors to both bathrooms were not possible to close.

When the neighbor dropped some keys, I could hear approximately how many keys were bundled together, It was easy to hear which music they played.

We connected the laptop to the TV and it was hard to read the text on the TV at its native resolution. When watching netflix people that usually had brown hair now had black...
