This hotel opened in the fall of 2013. The location is wonderful between the Belles Artes district and the historic center beside the Parque Forestal. The staff are outstanding! My husband was accidentally locked in a bank ATM kiosk. Javier, the receptionist, called the bank and secured his release. He even left his post to make sure he was freed. truly above and beyond! The rooms are small but they have real king size beds. The restaurant offered a nice simple breakfast. We were told a full service restaurant will be added as soon as the liquor license is obtained. The host/booking manager, Maria-Luis was super friendly, helpful, and caring. The restaurant, Ferradura, found just around the corner (30mt) is well-priced for good traditional meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
