Stayed as part of a big group, the reception were very organised and checked us in quickly and easily. The private room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious and the timed faucets were interesting and you got used to it quickly. They have a nice chill out area. There is off the street parking - even a spot for an electrical car. The continental breakfast had quite a nice variety and everything was tasty. I saw there was a kitchen and I saw laundry drying but I didn't use these. The hotel has views of the river and is a short easy walk to the centre of town. It's very well priced and I will stay here again next time I am in the area. Despite explaining the situation, the staff was uncooperative and unsympathetic. They falsely claimed they were fully booked, even though I booked at 9 PM the day before and saw rooms were available online. Their lack of flexibility and poor customer service left me frustrated.
