When we came there was just one more couple sitting at another table, despite that the service was very slow and it took ages for the waiter to collect order, which was later brought in a random order - drinks arrived much after appetizers, etc. we had to ask for every small thing and it seemed like the waiter was able to bring only one thing at once - eg: can we have some olive oil and salt/ pepper? Yes. Olive oil arrives 5 mins later. Salt ten minutes. Pepper never did. Part of the order (water) never arrived but were added to the bill and we had to argue about it. For the first time in Portugal the house wine they serve was simply undrinkable. It tasted like pure vinegar. We decided not to drink it and ordered one by the bottle.
