Manta Guest — Hotel in Vila Real de Santo António

We choose Manta Guest mainly because it was situated at walking distance from the beach of Manta Rota. Our room and bathroom both were clean but did feel a bit outdated. The two person bed was kind of small and the spring mattress was awfully hard. My boyfriend and I really did not sleep well. ||||I do have to compliment the staff which were all really friendly. They did take great care in making sure our stay was fully coronaproof. At breakfast the staff filled our plates with food so we didn't have to touch anything but our plates. I liked that they offered scrambled eggs and bacon or sausages. Downside of this system were the long waiting times. Certainly when the person before you was deciding on which cheese to ask for.||||Manta Guest has a covered parking space for the cars of the guests. Which is very convenient.||||We did notice that one of the fire escapes, indicated on the floor plan in our room, had mysteriously disappeared. We went on a fact finding mission and noticed the door had been replaced by a window and the fire escape was just gone. Only a staircase leading to nowhere was left. Probably to create another room. Stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean, fresh and Air Conditioned. There is a very pleasant balcony, with small table and chairs. The bathroom was of a good size, with full size bath and excellent shower.||The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast provided was great: fresh Fruit, various Breads, Cereals, Cakes, Scrambled Eggs, Ham and Cheese.||We were so pleased we booked here and have no hesitation in recommending.||Really nice garden for guests to use and...

Estivemos neste "hotel" no final de Junho de 2022 a passar o fim de semana, ao chegar ao hotel fou nos dado um cubículo na cave do hotel sem casa de banho, a mesma ficava no exterior do cuarto como nos hosteis, não reparamos que dizia quarto exterior por que nunca tivemos que nos preocupar com um pormenor de esses numa classificação de hotel, 80€ por noite e extremamente caro, a outra situação é que o hotel não tem qualquer tipo de acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência motora! Mas isso foi erro nosso por não ter visto mas também não especifica claramente que não é um "hotel" acessível!||O pequeno almoço horrível para o valor que se paga nem uma máquina de café eles têm, só uma máquina tipo vending! ||Com tudo tenho a dizer que tanto o dono como a esposa foram super simpáticos e trataram de nós acomodar da melhor maneira possível, trocando de quarto com casa de banho privada só nossa, sem nós cobrar mais e até nós dando café solúvel deles que não estava disponível aos clientes, e isso para mim vale muito e...
