Pizzeria Mario — Restaurant in Vila Real de Santo António

Excellent customer service. Great food and good price too. We were coming from the hospital in Faro going to Manta Rota. And we were arriving at 14:30. We call to see if they were still open and they said yes and we explain our situation and they were so kind to wait for us and cook for us and stay beyond their rest time. So i have no complaints from this...

Food was good but the serving person was pushy and he took all the money left from our bill as I didn't realise this was already paid and he sneakily asked me if this is his? ( husband paid and went to the bathroom) quite shocking...

Arrivés ici à 19h30 cause fermeture du resto d’à côté ( Mamma Lucia ) ! On nous prie de nous installer, la table est pleine de miettes des repas de midi ! Ensuite on met sur pause pendant 15 mn avant de prendre notre commande ! 30 mn plus tard rien ne se passe, les autres clients s’impatientent et menacent de partir car toujours pas servis ni rien à boire pour faire patienter etc… on entend des éclats de voix en cuisine, le patron revient voir ses clients pour prévenir que ce soir il ne fera que des pizzas, et tout ce qui était au menu c’est niet !! Des couples se lèvent et partent, nous on ronge le frein et finalement au bout d’encore 15mn on fera de même...
