Casa Vlad si Lucas — Hotel in Băile Herculane

I stayed at this location for 2 nights in the triple room. The room didn’t have air conditioning installed. The owner tried to show me that he had an air conditioning unit, but said he hadn’t had time to install it. There was a terrible smell in both the room and the kitchen. The windows were dirty and moldy. After the first night, the owner sealed two of the windows with screws, leaving me with only one window to open — despite the bad smell and lack of air conditioning. The beds were terrible — I could feel the bed springs, and the sheets were very uncomfortable and cheap. It felt like sleeping on sandpaper. The bathroom had a garbage bin, and they had a “no toilet paper in the toilet” policy. However, the bin wasn’t emptied after a day. I was told the bathroom was private (even though it wasn’t in the same room), but the bin quickly filled up, and nobody came to empty it — so I had to do it myself. It was also clear that someone else had used the bathroom. Overall, the experience was terrible. The place is outdated and feels like it’s falling apart. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Am stat la această locație timp de 2 nopți, într-o cameră triplă. Camera nu avea aer condiționat instalat. Proprietarul a încercat să-mi arate că are un aparat de aer condiționat, dar a spus că nu a avut timp să-l monteze. În cameră și în bucătărie era un miros îngrozitor. Geamurile erau murdare și cu mucegai. După prima noapte, proprietarul a înșurubat două dintre ferestre, astfel încât a rămas doar una care putea fi deschisă – în ciuda mirosului urât și a lipsei aerului condiționat. Paturile erau groaznice — simțeam arcurile prin saltea, iar lenjeriile erau foarte incomode și ieftine. A fost ca și cum aș fi dormit pe șmirghel. Baia avea un coș de gunoi, iar regula era să nu se arunce hârtia igienică în toaletă. Totuși, după o zi, nimeni nu a golit coșul. Mi s-a spus că baia este privată (chiar dacă nu era în aceeași cameră), dar coșul s-a umplut rapid și a trebuit să-l golesc eu. De asemenea, era evident că altcineva mai folosise baia.

Per total, experiența a fost una foarte proastă. Locația este învechită și pare că stă să se dărâme. Nu aș recomanda acest...

Am visat la o vacanță minunată ,cu relaxare bună dispoziție și confort. Pe toate acestea le-am gasit aici la casa Vlad și Lucas! Curațenie, gazde primitoare și super plăcute, confort pus la dispoziție cu toate cele necesare atent îngrijite și curate, bazinul cu apă termală, o minunăție amplasat lîngă malul rîului cerna cu o priveliște superbă! Tot respectul pentru gazde. Mulțumim mult și vă dorim tot...

ATENȚIE MARE!!!! PROPRIETARUL FOARTE NESERIOS. FACI REZERVARE DIN TIMP, CU CONFIRMARE TELEFONICĂ DE MAI MULTE ORI, SI TE TREZEȘTI CU O ZI ÎNAINTE DE CAZARE CĂ TE AMÂNĂ SAU NEAGĂ TOT CE AȚI STABILIT ÎNAINTE. AM PĂȚIT ȘI AM AFLAT PREA TÂRZIU CĂ AU PĂȚIT ȘI ALȚII. DESCHIDEȚI BINE OCHII!!
