Hotel Bistrița — Hotel in Bacău

I was recently in Bacau client this location. The only good thing is location! Only that !! There is possibility of breakfast service, a lunch and dinner !! No bids comply contracted (I asked for room with air conditioning and hydromassage shower, but we had a choice of hot die, but I went to sit in the cool tub or without hydro massage shower) !!! No hot water which is inadmissible for a location that is considered 3 stars !!!!! Staff arrogant and contemptuous towards customers !!!! NO ADVICE !!! CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION !!! Quality / price...

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The reception area is grand, clean and inviting. However the floors where the rooms are located are dark and dingy and no lights in the stairwell, the room (non-smoking) stank of stale cigarette smoke. The WiFi was fast and free. Shower was powerful and the room was clean. But the carpet was really past its best. The minibar and dressing gowns were a nice touch but I didn't use them. I would return if the rooms lost the smell but if you're a smoker already it's a great...

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights, the hotel location is great, the staff is amazing and they go out of their way to help you. Breakfast is good you pick from a set menu.
