Bizant Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Bacău

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel in Bacau (first time was 1 year ago). The first time everything was perfect. This second time we arrived pretty late (so they had all the time to setup the room) but unfortunately we had to start to start and ask around for towels, toilet paper, glasses and so on. The room was cozy but the bathroom need some repairmen because there was water liking for under the sink. Cleaning wise they can do more. But it's a nice hotel, the bed was comfortable and I like the exterior very much. The WiFi was not working either. I feel like this hotel was a nice idea but no one is investing anymore and things are going downwards. I am not sure it's worth the price now. Still to decide if we will go there...

Been two times here, in two consecutive weeks. First visit was relatively OK, excepting the fact that the restaurant was closed at 7 PM. Although, the friendly guy from the reception recommended me a good alternative in the neighborhood. The room was big and warm, with a big and comfortable bed. I told them that I have to visit Bacau many times in this autumn and I booked in advance a room for 6 different days.|But the second time came the disaster. Beside the restaurant closed again, the cook forgot to come for breakfast too! Although I asked two times in the evening at what hour the breakfast is available (answer was 7.30) I left the hotel at 7.45 without getting anything to eat. Never again...

Am stat aici in luna aprilie ca sa rezolv niste probleme in Bacau. Hotelul este foarte prost, conditii mediocre, murdarie, praf si un proprietar impertinent, obraznic si necivilizat care a vorbit arogant cu mine de fiecare data cand am interactionat sau i-am cerut ceva. Standarde joase si atitudine sovietica. De evitat cu orice pret!

I stayed here in April to solve some problems in Bacau. The hotel is very bad, mediocre conditions, dirt, dust and an impertinent, rude and uncivilized owner who spoke arrogantly to me every time I interacted or asked him for something. Low standards and Soviet attitude. To be avoided...
