I’ve spent 3 wonderful weeks at English House Bistrita. Great location in the heart of the city with easy access from main street. The whole experience was above expectations. As you walk through the door, a clean, fresh linen smell instantly awakens your senses. I was looking forward to returning to my room and feel this clean smell! The room was clean and tidy, with minimal decorations, perfectly chosen to offer you the English experience. The massage chair in the room was just perfect! I recommend you to choose a room that comes with it! Easy access to the rooms at anytime - smart lock at the entrance. All staff were super nice and helpful, they just wanna make you feel comfortable while staying there. I did some Salt Therapy sessions while there too, I do recommend it as well. I will definitely choose this location again on my next stay...

we spent two nights there, but it was no time to try the spa facilities - so my review is related only with the room, parking, etc.||parking is free, limited to 3-4 cars; you could park on the street also for free||access is based on a code, no reception after 9 pm||the location is cozy, the room is clean, decent, and I suppose the main issue is to try some spa||we had a basic room, with no desk or workspace - this is the reason we evaluate as average||no breakfast area, but there is coffee or tea machine, for free and another one with some drinks and snacks - not for free||take care about the steps to the entrance, into the night; they are not so visible, if a car would be parked just there||the last thing - I need a free outlet in the room to charge my phone, my laptop, etc.||why should I take a lamp out of the socket to...

One of the best locations in Bistrița. Very clean and the staf was lovely. They helped us with information about restaurants, places to visit and booked us some quality time at their own Spa Center situated in the same building. There you'll have hot tub with salt water, two salinas, massage room and so on.||The parking was free and we enjoyed the massage chair we had in our room.||Thank you for your business English House, we'll come back as soon...
