The hotel is very well positioned, close to the center, near the Bistrita River and near the city’s public swimming pool, in a quiet area. The hotel and restaurant staff are very very kind and nice. Unfortunately the location leaves much to be desired. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the room had new and modern air conditioning. On the other hand, the doors are clearly old, the carpet on the floor seemed the same, and the bathroom seemed the same. There was a smell of stale air in the room when we entered. It is clear that the furniture and air conditioners were purchased through European funding, which is great. However, if the hotel management made a little more effort, everything could be new and great. There is a discrepancy between what has been changed and what is old (for example, the carpets at the entrance to the hotel could be changed). I also ate at the restaurant. The tablecloths had holes in them. The food was not that good or tasty, it was not wow. The morning omelette was a bit bland. We asked for toast, which was brought to us, but some of the slices were broken in half, I don't know why, but it seemed strange to me. The tomatoes in the salad were like plastic, I know it's not the fault of the ladies in the kitchen, but these are the little details that matter. Read moreAm avut un apel telefonic, nu tocmai placut ,cu o doamna stimabila care ,,se ocupa” de sala de evenimente a hotelului Cora din Bistrita. In cadrul apelului mi s-a spus ca sunt ,,obraznica” si ,,nu am primit educatie” pentru ca mi-am permis sa cer o explicatie dupa 3 zile de asteptare si telefoane in care mi s-a spus ,,sigur domnisoara in 5 minute va sun si va spun daca avem loc”.

Astazi de la ora 13:30 am dat in jur de 5 telefoane, la diferite intervale de timp , catre aceeasi doamna care nu voia sa imi mai raspunda la telefon. Am incercat din pura ambitie sa dau de dansa pentru a avea o discutie civilizata si am sunat de pe alt telefon acelas numar care ma bantuia deja de 3 zile. Doamna a raspuns (evident) bucuroasa ca poate a gasit un alt client caruia poate sa ii fie de folos😂. Am tinut sa ii aduc la cunostinta faptul ca am revenit in legatura cu sala de evenimente dupa 3 zile de amageala si 5 apeluri COMPLET ignorate de pe numarul personal de telefon pe care deja il stia (probabil) pe de rost. A tinut sa precizeze ca nu are un contract semnat cu mine si nu e obligata sa stea la dispozitia mea. Totusi,cea mai speciala replica a fost ,,daca ai vazut ca nu ti-am mai raspuns, trebuia sa cauti in alta parte” Din cauza faptului ca am avut initiativa de a cere o explicatie pentru lipsa de ajutor , mi s-a spus ca sunt ,,notata” pe o lista ,cel mai probabil imaginara, cu oameni care nu sunt demni de serviciile impecabile oferite de sala de evenimente Cora Bistrita. Dupa ce imi este pusa la indoiala educatia primita, doamna a fost destul de profesionista incat sa imi spuna ,,ma bucur ca nu ti-am dat sala”. Sunt sigura ca varsta mea a jucat rolul principal in modul in care mi s-a vorbit si am fost tratata.

Atitudinea dansei,totusi, nu m-a mirat deoarece pana la varsta de 18 ani am invatat ,din pacate, ca acestia sunt oamenii pe care ii voi intalni la tot pasul de-a lungul timpului. Aceasta poveste reflecta ca intr-o oglinda sparta, in mii de franturi, ignoranta generala care apare in relatiile consumator-ofertant de servicii si lipsa de respect oferita.
