Pensiunea Mia — Hotel in Borșa

I have mixed feelings about this cabin. In so many ways it's a nice thing, but in many ways the way it's advertised sets the tourist up for disappointment. To start with the good part, the host was great, we had a good traditional reception and they tried to do the best to make things work, and they did for the most part. I would add 1 extra star for the owners' goodwill, otherwise I'd have put only 2 stars. However there are some things not very honest regarding the advertising of the room. First, we had no mountain view from inside the room. Sure you exit in the garden and the mountain is all around, but no such view from the room. Then the room was advertised as for 3 adults with 3 beds, there were only two. The room was also advertised at 15m2, which I can't imagine how one can measure more than 9, it's striking how much smaller it is compared to advertised. Lastly, the electrical in the room were woeful, quite unsafe. The sockets and light switches left hanging, unplugged holes in the wall, badly insulated extension near the bed. Can't imagine a world where one can look at this installation and think "that'll do". The downsides come also on quite high price of about 50eur per room. Of course unsafe electrical are unforgivable, but I would have been more forgiving if a 15m2 room would be 9, or if the beds were in a different way, if the room was at the bottom price range; as it is, it's close to the top of the price in the area. They advertise the place way to high, price it way to high and don't deliver....

Recomand! Camera nr 3 + baie privata ...spațioase, curățenie 10*, moderna , Dar cel mai frumos când ieși pe balcon și priveliștea frumoasa, aer curat, deci super. Neam decis să venim la cascada cailor și Vișeu de Sus ( trenul Mocanita) . În drum spre Borșa din Satu Mare Am găsit pe Google... pensiunea Mia, am sunat aici și vă pot spune, mi-a răspuns o doamna foarte, foarte amabilă, drăguță, a zis ca Da are camere și ne așteaptă cu mare drag.

Restaurant- Pizzeria la 10 minute mers pe jos și găsești pizza + paste. + Mâncăruri tradiționale românești .... recomand rest. /pizzeria RUSTICA. Deci recomand 100%.

Am fost cazați de revelion la această pensiune. Am achitat masa de revelion pentru 14 adulți, copiii având gratuitate, dar ce să vezi două platouri și maxim 50 sarmale plus ciorba care a fost servită a două zi în condițiile în care eram 14 adulți și 7 copii. De când am ajuns la pensiune și până când am plecat proprietara și fiica acesteia ne-a privit cu atâta răceală de parcă nu am achitat contravaloarea serviciilor. Oare asta înseamnă ospitalitate! Mă așteptam la altceva, dar consider că proprietari acestei pensiuni îi...
