Pensiunea Nordica — Hotel in Borșa

This cute little pensione is a home away from home......The hosts Vali and Sandy are so warm & welcoming, they make you so comfortable. Although they spoke limited English, they were super helpful and made every effort to help me with my travel plans. I felt so loved, the Romanian hospitality has certainly blown me away. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. I would highly recommend Pensione Nordica - top location right by the chair lift, beautiful house, clean, cute and charming. The views of the mountains from the balcony are to die for. Their dog Sasha is loving and beautiful. I am so sad to leave and can't wait to come back, perhaps in the winter. This is certainly one of my favourite places in all of Europe. I cannot recommend it enough. Love you Vali...

We had a very nice experience at Pensiunea Nordica. The stuff is friendly and very helpful. We arrived late one night because we visited many touristic attractions and she called us around 11pm to see if we are ok and we're not lost somewhere. So kind from Mrs. Rus, she acted like a mother. 😊|The room is not very big, but is clean and the balcony is offering a great view. We were totally inlove with the wood shutters.|The bed was a little bit noisy but we slept fine. In the kitchen you can find everything you want for bbq or cooking. If you ever go to Borsa, you have to stop there at least for a night! The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the living room reminded of home because of the warm and cozy atmosphere (and the hosts were very welcoming too!). ||We went in august and found it to be an awesome place for a relaxing vacation in summer, but I will definitely go back in winter because it's located right at the bottom of the slope u can literally ski into the hotel!! LOVE IT!||too bad we couldnt...
