The owner is extremely rude, racist and arrogant. ||||We had a booking for one night for four people and I have to admit I didn’t check the Airbnb description. It looked nice, was in the budget and to be honest I would never thought you are not allowed with visitors. In specialty that they position themself as a luxury boutique. Everywhere I have been in this world in hotels, you are allowed with visitors, because it’s a hotel, not a camp or a prison. Anyway, this was our mistake. ||||But the owner took it to the next level. When the first friend arrived, he started explaining the rules and when he found out that we have 2 people coming over to stay for a few hours and NOT SLEEP, he started yelling, screaming, wouldn’t let me speak. He told us that not even Glovo is allowed inside. ||||After, he thought that he can make some easy money and told us to give him a 2000 lei guarantee ( without invoice or written proof). When I explained politely that there is no way I am paying him extra money like that and it’s ok, the extra people don’t need to come, he stared negotiating to 250 lei extra. ||||In the end, he explained to my friend that he is blonde with blue eyes ( my friend has a darker skin tone); a millionaire and I am crazy and stupid. ||||This being said, please don’t do this to yourself, find another...
Read moreI stayed at this hotel 3 times thus far and it is the only hotel I will stay at in Bucharest with my family of 5. ||I stayed once in a standard double room which was clean and beautifully decorated. ||The other two times I stayed at the penthouse apartment on the top floor. It is the only room on the floor, meaning that the elevator takes you straight into the entrance of the apartment, just like a private VIP entrance. This is easily the most beautiful hotel room in Bucharest that I have seen. The view of the park and the ferris wheel is incredible, both in the morning and at night. ||The 2 bedrooms are wonderful. Between my first and second stay, improvements had already been made (TV and other lighting fixtures added). The living room area is gorgeous and spacious with a large smart TV, fireplace, additional guest bathroom and a mini kitchen with the basics you could need. ||The breakfast was good and the area has a beautiful view of the street and the park. ||The parking is spacious and safe. ||The hotel is also around 15 minutes away from the airport, which is perfect. ||The owners of the hotel are so wonderful and welcoming, ready to fulfill your every need. ||Overall, this is in my top 3 favorite hotels in Bucharest. I will be staying here...

The owner is extremely rude and looking to make quick money. We rented through AirBnb one night for 4 people and planed to have other 2 friends come over before hitting a party. The owner absolutely flipped, before ANYTHING HAD HAPPENED. Only one guest arrived at the location and when he heard that there were 2 extra people coming to stay for a few hours - NOT SLEEP, he started asking for 2000 lei in guarantee, after asking for 250 lei for another room. And everything while yelling and screaming.
Of course we did not need his location, and had other options, so only one stayed over the night.
Please do not do this to yourself and find another accommodation, there are a lot of beautiful ones in Bucharest, were people know how to act, and know hospitality. At Brater this is not the case. They are rude, don’t know how to handle business, want to show off ( they told us that they are millionaires- like that would matter for something) and on top of everything they are RACISTS - the owner keep on telling us that he is blonde with blue eyes ( my friend has a...
