Un parc frumos distrus de o Primarie iresponsabila. Sa torni bitum in parc, e un semn de "inteligenta" maxima. Sa pui ditamai Roata sa se invarta porumbeii cu ea, sa faci Casa groazei sa sperii mierlele, sa faci un roller coaster pentru melci... Asta inseamna sa cheluiesti banii publici responsabil. Toboc Eye e visul oricarui turist care vrea sa vada Big Bandul Clanul...
