Guest House Andrei — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

Awful place. Besides the fact that they have no poster on the house or in front of the gate so you would see exactly where to stop (especially if you are driving), the place is very noisy, dity and from the moment we arrived , in the bathroom it smelled of pp. Also, drove few hours and we were tired so, when my husband parked on the property, we needed 2 min to check some stuff. While we were doing that, the host came to our car with an attitude and lots of sarcasm of why aren't we moving faster because she had to walk few steps because of us and she does not have time or health for that. Like all of these were not enough, it was late and we wanted to sleep but couldn't because of some other guests who were really loud, drnk and viole*t people and no one seemed to care, the host probably had better things to do like being sarcastic maybe. Those guests were so awful that I got really scared and we had to sleep in another place that same night. We are not pretentious people, we understand it was cheap and that comes with a package but it's so bad that it does not deserve that little money anyway and honestly, I do not understand where those good reviews are coming from. On booking it seems like same people gave multiple reviews so it's a scam. Good nature, empathy, silence and clean rooms should not cost, it should...

I could say, this is one of the best guest houses I've ever lived. The owner of the guest house is affable. The guest house is clean and warm (it is important being there in November). There are enough furniture to put stuff, beds are good, fridge, TV and additional heater are also in the room. It is possible to use kitchen (clean and commodious). I was wondering after finding two towels, single-use shampoo in the room, and soft soap on the washbasin: not so many guest houses have all of them. There is coffee mashine (free to use), where people could made as coffee, so also tea.||Among disadvantages: maybe location is not so convinient. However, for me it was important the closeness to railway station (15 min walk). And I like morning walk, so it was not a problem to spend some time going to the places,I was needed. In the evening several times I come back from the city center on foot. ||If you want to find guest house, it is better to use address, because there are no indicators with guest house name (address is present on the wall). To find the owner it is better to go further in the yard and on the left side she lives, not looking for in the guest house building.||And, of course, the relation between price and comfort...

Din păcate eu am avut un incident cu aceasta pensiune. Am rezervat pe booking și mi-a confirmat rezervarea, iar în email era perioada de checkin pana la ora 00:00. La ora 2230 am sunat la telefon sa le spun ca sunt pe drum de la Timișoara și că ajung pe la 2320. Domnul care mi-a răspuns a zis ca nu are pe nimeni la recepție și că oricum programul afișat este până la ora 23.00. Când i-am replicat ca am rezervarea de pe booking cu email de la pensiune, a răspuns ca nu ii pasa (a folosit alte cuvinte urate) si ca sa nu vin. A trebuie sa îmi caut alta cazare în timp ce conduceam - m-am oprit la un moment dat - asa ca mi-a produs o problema majora. Vad ca sunt multe reviewuri bune pentru pensiune, doar unul singur al unei persoane din alta tara care spune ca e o pacaleala. Asta este experienta mea cu ei Sper ca o sa ii facă booking sa plătească modica ca poate asa se educă. Hotelierii din România au nevoie de asta, pentru că sunt frecvente cazurile de neseriozitate. Unul dintre motivele pentru care nu rezerv decât prin booking, deși știu ca pot plăti mai mult, este ca sa fiu protejat de astfel de situații.
