Hotel Stil — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

Booked a triple room a year before though a booking site. After we booked the room they called us and asked for triple price than we booked for. We managed to solve this only after we contacted the booking agency. When we got there we were accommodated in a very small room on the top floor and the AC was not working. The weather was very hot outside (code red, almost 40 degree Celsius). After complaining about this they said that they called someone to fix the AC but since it was Friday no one could come and fix it. They offered a small fan instead like that was going to help. They also said they cannot move us to another room since the hotel was full. Again we managed to solve this after contacting the booking agency. They moved us to another room, even though they lied before and said they have no free rooms.||We only had breakfast one time and it was horrible, the olives were smelling terrible, and the food looked like left-overs from the days before.||Stay out...

We've stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was pleasant. The personnel is nice, warm and welcoming, the rooms are beautiful and clean with balconies and AC. There is an elevator and a restaurant. The food was always hot and delicious. Although, the menus I've seen were only in romanian so it might be hard to order for those who don't speak the language. This should be fixed. Everything was clean and everyone respected the rules: everyone wore their masks correctly inside and they disinfect multiple times a day. I recommend this hotel for those who have business to attend to away from the city (it's a bit far from the city centre) or for those who want to relax for a couple days away...
