Apartament elegant, curat, decent mobilat, la etajul patru intr-un bloc de apartamente nou, situat pe malul lacului Siutghiol. Balcon cu vedere spre rasarit, cu umbra naturala dupa amiaza, ideal pentru servirea mesei sau a unui pahar de vin. Bucatarie modern utilata, frigider mare, curat, silentios. Espressor cu capsule de cafea din partea casei. Apartamentul se afla peste drum de Barrel / Butoaie, un complex street food care ofera la preturi bune bucatarie greceasca, turceasca si romaneasca. De la apartament se poate face o plimbare pe malul lacului Siutghiol, o zona verde, ingrijita. Parcare disponibila in zona.
