Hostel Stefania — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We were a family of three and a couple. The rooms were spacious and clean and the service really friendly. Generous parking lot outside the hotel.||We had hot water during the day but wouldn't run during the night. We made a complaint at the reception but they told us to keep it running until it got warm. Needless to say, it didn't. Then they told us we probably waren't turing the faucet on corectly, which I thought was a rude and ironic statement. After more complaints, they finaly told us that they had a pipe intervention nearby and that was the reason for the delay which lasted about two days without any hot water.||The fact that they lied at first and even blaming it on our poor knowledge of properly using a faucet made me reconsider...

Pacat ca nu se investeste deloc in acest hotel desi potential ar avea, este pozitionat foarte bine,aproape de gara ,aproape de magazine ,aproape de plaja, camerele sunt mari spatioase. Insa cam atat ofera acest hotel, in rest numai de rau: tv mic minuscul trebuie sa stai la 1 metru de el ca sa vezi ceva si oricum nu se vad decat cateva programe cu purici altceva nu prinde .. paturile proaste ,saltele vechi cu arcuri care iti intra in spate, pernele erau atat de firave incat pareau inexistente, nimeni nu schimba lenjeria sau prosoapele, placutele de pus la intrare cu "va rog aranjati camera" sunt de forma pt ca nimeni nu intra sa ia gunoiul macar. Lift nu este, initial ni s-a comunicat faptul ca ca vom fi cazati la etajul 1 insa ne-au cazat in cele din urma la etajul 4. Lumina noaptea nu este aprinsa pe scari, te poti impiedica sa iti rupi si picioarele bonus,este intuneric bezna. Sa nu mai vorbesc despre amabilitatea celor de la recepție..am ajuns la 10:30 , ni s-a comunicat ca nu este gata camera si ca ne suna ei cand este gata. Am revenit la ora 13:30 si am primit același răspuns ca nu este gata camera si ca ne vor suna ,parand deranjate domnisoarele ca am indrazînd sa revenim inainte de a fi sunati. Într-un final am revenit la ora 17:30 fara sa fim sunati desigur, ni s-a trântit o cheie de la etajul 4 desi trebuia sa stam la 1. Cand am ajuns in sfarsit in camera am constatat ca tv-ul nu functiona, am solicitat la receptie sa se rezolve acest lucru ,iar receptionera dadea din umeri ca nu are ce sa faca.. norocul nostru ca a apărut intre timp managerul care ne-a promis inlocuirea tv-ului defect cu altul functional. Într-adevăr a functionat, insa cum am precizat mai sus , tv-ul era fffff mic de-o palma, cu pureci, mai bine lipsa decat asa ceva. La 310 lei pe noapte ne asteptam la alte condiții dar probabil avem prea multe pretenții. Nu recomand nimanui acest hotel, nu merita nici 100...

The hotel (seems to be new or almost new) is clean and quiet, the staff is ok and the parking excellent for such a destination where it may be an adventure to find a suitable and safe place. It is the only thing I may recommend in Costinesti for summer!
