Hotel Nevada — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Stayed there for 1 night, 16/17 July 2022

Nice looking hotel, nice rooms, a bit pricy, location its good Very nice rooms, everything looked very clean and modern Private parking for car, nice and helpful staff.

BUT.... We had our reservation for saturday night, as we were passing by through Constanta, so as we arrived, there was a wedding/event going on. The wedding was held at the ground floor, we received our room on the 4th floor, so we thought it will be fine. But the music was very loud even at the 4th floor, especially the bass/drumming which was coming through the structure of the building, so we weren’t able to sleep until 3:15 am in the morning, when the event finished and finally the music stopped.

This is poor management and lack of respect for the tourists you have in your location, as they come there to sleep also, either you forbid noisy events like that during nights, either you impose regulations as how loud the music should be during the night , or after 10:00 pm.

Just because of that, I won't came again, and won't recommend to others either. I partially understand that these kind of events can be financially profitable for your business, but this also means lack of respect towards other customers that choose to to stay overnight in your location, and on long term could affect your reputation.

Whether its business trip/holiday/family/or a couple - you go to a hotel to rest basically, if I want to have sleepless nights, I can choose to go to...

I expected a lot more from a 4-star hotel in Constanta, as this city is the capital of entertainment during summer season. Its location is not great, far from the beach, the clubs or the shopping centers. The access is from the main road, very busy and noisy and when leaving the parking lot one must turn right and drive quite a long distance until being able to make a turn for driving to the beach or to the town. The room was ok, but the bathroom not so much and there were too many negative messages for guests as for example “Do not place heavy luggage on the luggage's table!” In conclusion, I don’t know why the owners have chosen this name but this hotel is very far from the experience that Las Vegas hotels are providing in...

Just for one night but definitely coming back! More than just a Hotel. An entire package with a large safe parking space. Reception staff very attentive and very helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean 10/10. Large bed. Good quality furnishings. Bathroom lights amazing. Toiletries & towels provided were good quality. Air conditioning very good and controllable. Soft closing doors made for absolutely no noise. Windows secondary glazed and kept all noise out. Breakfast was amazing with a nice view on the main road, you could also have a sit outside on the terrace if you are smoking. The Manager was very diplomatic and very helpful with all info I needed...
