El Stefanino Luxury Hotel — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We ordered grilled chicken with potatoes, salmon with rice and another fish dish, the grilled chicken was uncooked for most part, sent it back to the kitchen almost entirely uneaten, no one bothered to ask us why. The salmon was very crude, sent it back to the kitchen and they cooked it properly. The other fish dish came without the side polenta that was in the menu. We notified the server, who was an entirely unexperienced 16 years old boy who aside from the fact that he could barely pass any information along, he was also unable to do the simplest of things. He said the cook/chef forgot the polenta and we waited for another 10 minutes for a chunk of cold polenta... At the end we asked for the check, 190lei, we gave the 16 years old 200lei and waited over 20 mins for our change (which we wanted to tip him anyway). After those 20 mimutes we asked the boy for our change, he looked around cluelessly then proceeded to bring it to us (he completely forgotted)... We saw the place while on our way to the beach and we thought it would be a nice place to have lunch on our way back to our hotel. First of all, the food was unjustifiably expensive (72 RON for 2 basic Greek Salads). Second of all, there were only 4 tables in a 20-30 table restaurant and for some reason we had to wait 15 minutes to get our check (after asking 2 times). And third of all, they asked us to pay cash because they didn't have a card option at the restaurant (mind you, it's illegal in Romania for registered businesses to not have a card payment option) so they asked my partner to come pay at the restaurant's hotel reception where they then proceed to ask them if they can take A PHOTO of my partner's card so they can "create a bill". Obviously my partner refused and the staff then tried to apologize after they realized how incredibly inappropriate their request was. Needless to say, we'll never eat there again and we DO NOT RECOMMEND the place. Horrible service and expensive food for what it is. Too bad that the location looks nice. Our mistake for not looking up...

Over priced They ALWAYS bring others people's orders It took 10 minutes to explain the the bartender that limonade is not ice with one lemon mixed in a blender along with lemons seeds and some sugar. The location of the restaurant is very beautiful. The owners are almost always there, as soon as someone starts to eat, immediately some staff members come and spray something on the next table and begging a riguros cleaning session of the table as if they might prepare the table for some medical intervention. No more food flavor, cleaning products all around you. The restroom is inside near the reception of the hotel, if you dare to use the toilet more than one minute, someone turns off the light and you find yourself in a completely dark restroom. The good news is that the toilet paper is near if you're sitting... The staff also is speaking English, this until you dare to ask about any I regularity.
