Hotel Prestige — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

I stayed at this hotel three times now, and I have always been very satisfied with everything this hotel and the people who run it have to offer. ||The beds are very comfortable, furniture modern, great quality LED flat large screen TV, a very large shower, a good seize room with plenty of space to move around, the balconies are a very nice addition. Weather your room is waterfront or stripfront you feel like a winner. I had both, and I liked them both. Of course that the ocean front room is a bit pricier, but just a bit. ||The front desk always answers the calls, and I made the reservation while I was at a different hotel being dissatisfied with that other hotel's receptionist and rooms... and I got someone on the phone who was very nice, very knowledgeable and willing to work with me a better deal on the room (!) and we were reserved a parking spot right in front of the hotel, and a man actually waited for us outside, by the parking spot reserved for us, and helped us with the luggage. It turned out it was one of the owners -- which for us, being Americans -- was a very nice touch and we appreciated that gesture. ||They also have a cozy nice, and clean restaurant they serve breakfast in the morning, right by the ocean, on the actual beach, and the restaurant is opened all day. ||The position of this hotel is exceptional! It's right on the beach, you get out of the hotel right on the beautiful sandy beach :) They also have a little patio of the restaurants, that is outside and we spent late nights with a glass of wine out there in the patio, listening to the waves and watching the moon and the stars. Sejurul meu recent la acest hotel a lăsat mult de dorit. Aspectul hotelului a fost departe de a fi impresionant, cu o lipsă de estetică și farmec pe care le caut de obicei în cazări. Curățenia camerelor era în cel mai bun caz îndoielnică și era evident că atenția la detalii lipsea în departamentul de menaj.

Unul dintre cele mai dezamăgitoare aspecte a fost starea cabinelor de duș. Erau în stare urâtă, iar folosirea lor a fost o experiență destul de incomodă. În plus, nu a existat o furnizare constantă de apă caldă și nu am putut face un dus cald, ca sa ne spălăm părul după plajă. A trebuit să suport dușuri călâi spre rece în timpul șederii și a fost destul de frustrant.

Este regretabil că hotelul nu a reușit să respecte aceste aspecte de bază de confort și oarecum igienă. Deși prețul ar fi putut fi oarecum accesibil, calitatea slabă a șederii a făcut dificilă trecerea cu vederea aceste deficiențe. Nu aș recomanda acest hotel oricui caută o experiență de cazare confortabilă și plăcută, mai ales din punct de vedere calitate preț.

Prețul de 400 de lei pe noapte, nu reflectă ceea ce oferă. Cu siguranță există loc de îmbunătățiri considerabile, aș sugera niște lucrări de modernizare mai ales la cea ce privește dușurile și...

Nu recomand! Am rezervat pentru 3 zile,cand am ajuns doamna de la receptie a spus sa anulam cazarea pe booking si nu am primit nici macar o factura sau un bon pentru suma platita mai exact 900 de lei Daca doriti sa plecati mai repede banii nu o sa ii puteti primi inapoi, am incercat si noi acest lucru insa in momentul in care i am spus sefului acestui hotel ca vrem banii inapoi pe o noapte pentru ca dorim sa plecam mai repede ne a fost inchis telefonul in nas Camerele murdare,praful pe noptiere si pe pat,pe jos plin de nisip in conditiile in care noi abia ajunsesem la cazare ceea ce inseamna ca nu se face curatenie in camere In baie dusul este defect In cele 3 zile de cazare nu a venit nimeni de la curatenie sa ne ofere o rola de hartie sau un sac de gunoi asa cum este normal si pentru banii oferiti.Am fost nevoita sa merg singura sa cer sau mai rau sa cumpar.. Camerele nu au geam decat spre holul din interiorul hotelului,camerele nu pot fi aerisite si in baie...
