Hotel TTS Covasna — Hotel in Covasna

You know that saying: the fence is painted outside and the leopard is inside???. Well, this is the TTS hotel in Covasna. And it has 4 stars... Ok: Camera ; clean, balcony, big bed, 32 inch LED TV. Water kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. Ok: Bathroom, large, with everything you need. MINUS: Really minus... Food: Be careful what you order. Dry products. thawed, put in the oven and served. The meat in the dishes is not cooked enough. The cream was thickened with water. It's something like an albino liquid.. If the Chef thinks I'm not right, or the Hotel Owner, please have look for the receipt on which I wrote what was wrong. And I really hope they will bring back the 4-star standard. Only if they want to correct these things. Another BIG MINUS: the INTERNET. It simply does not exist. At least in the room where I stayed. The receptionist told me that she knows about the situation and she's trying to reset the modem...Unfortunately, no result and no internet. And we are in 2023. Even the simplest and smallest guesthouse has free wireless internet. But not the TTS SPA and WELLNESS hotel in Covasna. CONCLUSION: If you still care about your money and what you pay for, make sure you don't run into a leopard behind a 4-star...

The hotel has all the facilities for a 4* Hotel, and even beyond that. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious with very nice furnishings. Beds are huge. Bathrooms amenities impressed us for a 4 * Hotel.||Customer Service up to the best hotels all over the world! ||I could observe a passionate MOD while there, a man who truly cares about each guest experience and finally a manager that understands that in this business you do not just sit in the office. ||One more plus...because this review is only with pluses... the food was excellent...So many varieties and so tasty. ||In the last years of travelling around Romania, I can finally say that this hotel is the best example of how professional hospitality should be done!||Congrats to the...

Worst experience!

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel in a team-building. The hotel looks very well, it is modern and very clean.

But the downsides are many more. As an organized group we expected to be allowed to spend the night in the restaurant but we have been kicked out not only from the restaurant but also from the gaming room. At 10pm both were closed and we were left (without notice) with no option to order anything nor to stay anywhere but in the reception where they have some sofas.

Most of the personnel was rude and unwilling to do its job. They responded passive-aggressive to our orders and to our questions!

I am sorry for the nice location they have, but they are unprofessional. I will not recommend for sure this...
