Really beautiful place, staff were nice but services need improved… it’s a 4* hotel! ||I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Every morning at breakfast there was no juice. After about 20 minutes a jug of juice would be brought … but then … everyone at breakfast has to get some juice (as everyone was waiting for ages), so when my turn came to pour some juice - there was none! (Again). It took ages for more juice to be brought out, although I mentioned this to the waitress… |Also no clean tables at breakfast. We had to take our own cutlery from other tables, and wipe a table ourselves so we could eat…. ||The cleaning in the rooms was strange… the first day the cleaner probably wanted to replace the shower gel in the shower, however she left no shower gel at all there! Also the soap run out (a fancy plastic tube which looked huge, but only had a little bit of soap). So as a result, the next morning in the shower when I realised that the shower gel had been taken - I did not even have some soap from the sink to wash myself with! ||The tea/coffee facilities had not been cleaned either. Mugs were left dirty from the previous day. Glasses were left dirty. Coffee was not replaced either. I mentioned at reception that we would like the coffee replaced … but nobody came! Disappointing. ||Nice place, but the staff need some...
Read moreThis is the second time we’ve stayed here (the first time was in winter, between Christmas and New Year). I believe this is the best place in Voronet, a stone throw away from the famous monastery. The rooms are very clean, spacious and welcoming. There is a well-stocked mini-fridge in every room. The rooms prices are decent, they reflect very well the quality of the accomodation. We had a room on the 2nd floor with great view to the monastery. The restaurant is excellent, probably the best in the area (or at least one of the best), the food is good and the prices are OK for the size and quality of what you get on the plate. I give the staff 10/10 for their attitude and promptness 👍👍 The breakfast is very varied, there are plenty of options (cold cuts, cheeses, fried eggs, omelette, hot dogs, sausages, cereal, jams, honey, vegetarian options, coffee, tea, milk, juices etc.). No chance to leave hungry! The spa area is generous, with swimming pool, wet/dry sauna, jacuzzi etc. All very clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely come back here and we totally...
