Hostel Păltiniș — Hotel in Hunedoara

As usual, the pros and cons:||Pros:|- Very clean|- New furniture both in the room and in the bathroom |- Very large rooms. There are a lot of 3 and 4 stars hotels that have smaller rooms|- The host is very nice and welcoming |- It's very quiet here|- A/C working great||Cons:|- If you mind that some of the rooms have little to no natural light due to a wall nearby, ask for a room with natural light. Clean and easily accessible. However we had no heat. (- 2 🌟) April of 2017 was unusually cold and we were cold. Also no breakfast option was provided. (- 1 🌟 ). And you wouldn't think that to be a hostel from the outside. See picture. We also forgot a tablet in the room and didn't notice it. About 15 min after we left we were called and reminded. I was a bit apprehensive getting a hostel, especially one on the edge of town but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, spacious and nice, the AC works like a charm, the employees are friendly and helpful and there is more than enough space for parking. It is a tiny bit far from the center and Corvin castle but there is a taxi stand right across the street. Well...
