Hotel Sunset Beach — Hotel in Limanu

Unfortunately, not the best time I had in Vama Veche, due to this accommodation. Beside the great location and beautiful view, there is nothing extraordinary to this place. They have a very small area at the first floor with a couple of tables and sitting furniture, the only place outside your room where you can sit and have a chat with your friends, have a coffee, or a smoke in the morning, which we were forbidden to use (but the hotel personnel and their friend guests staying at the hotel were constantly using). The ground floor space was shared with a restaurant, during the day the tables were reserved for restaurant clients, but after closing time, we were still not allowed to sit there, even though it was an area right in the middle of the hotel. So, basically, all you can do here is stay in your room, watch TV and sleep. I agree that going on vacation should mean more wondering around and less staying at the hotel, but for a "hotel" accommodation and services, to NOT have a dedicated area for socializing for your guests is out of discussion, from my point of view. Other than this, the rooms are pretty small and our bathroom was constantly flooded by the toilet installation. I also have my doubts about cleaning procedure and verifications done regarding the bed bugs infestation that we periodically have in Romania, and for which accommodations are the main cause of fast spreading. Came in for food ordered our drinks given menus and specials menu for day people's barbecue food looked good came past us all the time so we said yes that's have that went to order to be spoken to in rude & abrupt manor to point of what are you doing in here by waiter. To be then told the only thing we can have was soup which was a blunt lie to us. Simple there was food available but we did not fit in so please leave so we paid for are drinks & did point out that I will be reviewing them to be smiled at then laughed at. I am beyond words with the way I was treated & will also be reviewing on other sites... You have been warned if you wish to be spoken to as if you nothing and don't matter it's the place for you.
