Passiflora — Hotel in Mănăstirea Humorului

We have chosen this pension after reading about it on Romanian tourist sites. ||There was no warm greeting at the reception. No help with the luggage. ||We took two double bedrooms. The rooms are medium size, the beds take a lot of the space of the room. The bed sheets are old, some had holes in them, but well cleaned. The 'hydro massage' shower is barely working, and complicated to work. My 72 years old mother in law almost got scolded as she couldn't operate it properly. ||The water gets cold for seconds during the shower and warms up again. This has happened a couple of times. ||The restaurant - although we read they offered traditional cuisine and lots of variety - offered little choice- and mostly grilled food with potatoes. ||The room felt cold even for June temperatures. ||On the plus side, breakfast - although very few choices - was made by using fresh local produce (milk, butter and...

As fi încheiat să mai vorbesc despre experienta avuta la acesta pensiune, dar, in raspunsul pensiunii sunt multe neadevaruri. Nu am ajuns la ora 23, ci la ora 21, anuntand cand ajungem si cu o zi inainte si cu cateva ore inainte. Cum rezervarea era făcută cu 3 săptămâni inainte și includea demipensiune, era normal sa ne puteti da si de mâncare. Ceea ce ne-ai oferit-,,asta seara mâncați fără carne"- a fost negociat că la piața. Timp de gătit și servit era destul, cine voia să comande grătar, a facut-o contra cost pentru că se putea. Acestia insa nu au primit si tocanita de ciuperci platita. Nu am abuzat de timpul dumneavoastră deoarece nu am petrecut in restaurant decât atata cât a fost nevoie să mâncăm. Cateva persoane care nu erau cu noi sarbatoreau ceva si i-am lasat in restaurant. In acea seara noi am plătit de doua ori cina si am mancat ce ni s-a adus. Despre micul dejun care ne-a trimis pe unii la medic v-am adus la cunoștință . Nu mai spun ca fiecare variantă avea la alegere ceai sau lapte. Nu am avut decât ceai, iar cafeaua a fost contra cost.
