The staff is completely incompetent and disorganized! We waited an hour at the reception until we were given the room key. They gave us all sorts of excuses: either "the room is not ready" (Really? Why make a reservation, if I find the room not ready?), or "the computer system is not working" (when in reality they have no idea how to use it). No, we didn't get there before check-in time, but well after, around 8 PM. Good luck finding anything open after 9 PM in Jupiter, to grab something to eat after hours of driving! We found out later that we were actually lucky to have waited "only" for an hour. From the discussions with another family, I learned that they were kept at the reception for 4 hours!!!||||In the refrigerator in the room we found a sort of "chemical bomb", probably left there from someone who stayed before us. Maybe the fridge is not part of the cleaning routine and should be cleaned by us tourists, right?||||At breakfast, another calamity. Tell me, please, when was the last time you had to wait in line for 20 minutes during breakfast for a glass of juice or a cup of coffee? We had to do this every day. Good thing there weren't that many days... How about digging through the cutlery to find some clean ones? Because I had to change the cutlery three times until I found some that were washed enough, without traces of food on them!||||But wait, there's more! The reception staff wanted to show their total incompetence during check-out, when they asked me to pay, AGAIN, the resort tax, because in their system I did not appear as having paid it at check-in. Do you know where it says that I paid it since check-in? On my phone, in my bank transactions history, because I had the inspiration to pay this also by card. What would have happened if I paid cash and lost the receipt? Probably bickering with them for a few more hours...||||Upon leaving, we found that we were missing some plastic trim from the car! We didn't have a place to park in the hotel yard, so we were sent somewhere in the back, in an unlit pen and not monitored by any video camera. That's how it is - when the construction permit is given, the construction of a related parking lot is not required. And if you're not lucky enough to get a parking space at the hotel, you go and park in the groves.||||All in all, the Romanian coast was (again) a completely disappointing experience, both in terms of accommodation...
Read moreToo expensive for a 3-star hotel. We had too many mosquitoes eating us in the resort and in the room. The air conditioning in the room wasn't clean when we turned it on and we had to leave the doors open to get rid of the dust and the smell for an hour that day. One outlet in the whole room, but the room is for two people. No hair dryer in the room. Only 2-3 at the reception to be shared in the whole complex. Our backs hurt after sleeping in that bed. I don't think there's a big difference between the bed and the floor when it comes to sleep. The food was pretty good and delicious. No stomach problems. At the pool it was nice because we were able to use inflatables here. Drinks were 😕 and the water had awful taste and smell after a half an hour of staying in their plastic glass. I really don't think that the water there is safe to drink. Magic shows every night for the little ones, but the magician has mean jokes and he teaches the kids strange things to say and feel. I wouldn't want my kids to have a tutor like him. Aqua gym for both kids and adults every morning. Haven't participated, but the coach is funny and a little too nice for my taste. Billiard balls, stick and table were useless. We almost killed someone because the ball jumped off the table on the floor tiles, the ball kept jumping and fell out from that floor through the railing and almost touched...
Read moreVacation duration was 5 nights and we was stolen by owner! We arrived around 9 pm ||and we had to immediately pay for the stay, an all inclusive vacation. When we ask for dinner they told us that restaurants is closed and we missed the dinner! That after they took my money and didn't care about us or my children! The restaurant was no longer open to tourists, it was only available to their staff. I asked them to offer us the dinner, at least to the children, but they did not want to. We had to go to town to pay for a paid dinner.||||Poor service, small rooms, not well equipped - basic furniture is missing (wardrobe/closet, table and chairs), air conditioning only in one room in the apartment (apartment no 19), hour pool 7-18, miserable attitude of staff.||||The "all inclusive" means three meals at fixed hours, free drinks - the poorest beer from the dispenser lengthened with water (Skol beer), free bad coffee , synthetic cookies and ice (ARO brand from Metro), the cheapest cognac (Unirea) and liquors, bad juices (same ARO brand), bag in box wine - all are the cheapest merchandises from from market etc.||||This was the last time when I'll be in this...
