Hotel Hyperion — Hotel in Oradea Metropolitan Area

First of all we booked the hotel On their own site, and after some email exchanges we received the confirmation. It was all good, but when we arrived on the planed date, we booked in late, aprox 21:00 because we were coming from far away, and the receptionist was very surprised and relieved because she did not know how to contact us, saying she had no phone number (worth mentioning, the phone number was present in the emails exchanged). At first it seemed ok, the rooms were big, but we found someones pants in the bathroom witch suggests the housekeeping didn't do their job properly or not at all. We let that slide, but on our 5 nights stay the housekeeping changed the sheets/towels only once. The breakfast was average at best, some diversification but the best, only eatable. The pool and jacuzzi was cleaned only once in our stay, and it was quite miserable (the people had a say in it, not all followed the rules to shower first before entering, and the staff did nothing to resolve this in anyway). Also on their site they advertised they have 3 included procedures on 5 nights+ stay, but at the reception we were told that this is included in twin bed rooms only, we had the double matrimonial room, so I don't see where's the catch.||||Tldr: the hotel has poor service / overall experience for the price they charge. High price for the type of services offered by the hotel||The services are not offered at the quality level and variety as advertised or stated/ promised within the hotel offer||The place is pretty isolated (which is very nice if you want to be far away from the rest of the world). Still we felt a discomfort as it was too isolated and quite at a distance from the center of the Baile Felix place. Difficult to reach a shop, a pharmacy, a cash point (for example)||Part of the staff has shown extremely poor maners and they have been very expeditive on many occasions||Our observations and requests for improvement of the services have been either ignored or even worse replied with very aggressive attitude ||The food was under expectations as quality and serving. it's close to the President complex, you should book this if you plan to go there. It's really a 2 minute walk. It's good that it has a pool, small as it is. Breakfast is kinda OK, |But Hyperion Hotel does not much of a vaction experience, everything is average or bellow. Rooms are poor. You can go and eat at President too, cause sometimes during the week they don't have a full time cook. I extended my stay for 1 day and asked for a disscount which...
