Hotel Vila Opera — Hotel in Oradea Metropolitan Area

very bad experience. I was assigned a street side room. the traffic noise was so bad during the night that I couldn't sleep. when I complained I was told that that's the only option. furthermore when I checked out I called the phone number for the receptionist on duty and he told me that he will come immediately. waited 5 minutes just to realize that he smokes on a bench in the yard and he is in no rush. he explained that I should ring the bell. asked to speak with a manager. was told that he is the manager. Never again. go somewhere else. 0 stars for this hotel. Read the reviews, most of the good ones are for the restaurant which is decent. Quite close to the historic center. We requested for an apartment with less stairs, and got a pleasant apartment on the ground floor.Very quiet, with private parking. The hotel staff was helpful and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was good. ||On the weaker side: it was quite cold. The central heating did no work, neither did the air condition. I went to Oradea on my friend's wedding, and he made the reservation for me and I don't regret! The hotel is placed almost in the central, few minutes walk from a walkway where you can have nice drinks, coffees and restaurants. You can see on the pictures I had amazing room. The hotel has Amazing rooms and nice staff....
