Vital — Hotel in Oradea Metropolitan Area

I'm sorry to say this, but it was not nice at all. The hotel has swimming pools and an excellent location and the management/staff think this is enough. But it is not!!! ||1. Cold May day, we were told the water is warm. When we get there, we see the water is cold in the pool outside. The lady at the reception tells us she meant the indoor pool... but we can use it only in winter... OK, we were disappointed because we chose the hotel exactly for that... but the next day, we see in the indoor pool two empty bottles of beer and the water was being filtered. We ask for explanations at the reception and the lady (another one) says we could have used the indoor pool and she could not understand why her colleagues had refused use access to it.||2. Breakfast experience was awful. It is written there that we can have our breakfast starting with 8.30. At 8.30 the restaurant was empty, nothing was prepared... but there were a lot of empty bottles and glasses and plastic bags and ashtrays... the waiter was kind of sleepy and apologized, stating that there was a party until 6.am... and he didn't get to clean the mess up (but when we got there, he had been watching TV)... and asked us if we want coffee... the breakfast would be ready in 10 minutes. After 1o minutes he brought the coffee (although we prefer coffee after breakfast)... after another 15-20 minutes he brings our breakfast (scrambled eggs with ham, half a tomato and 4 slices of cucumbers)... he had not even asked us... no butter, no liver spread, no jam, no tea, no milk, no yogurt... we had to ask for milk and yogurt... ||I got angry and asked at the reception that "impression book" every hotel must have. The lady refused to give it to me ("we do not have anything like that, but you can write on a sheet of paper...")!!!!!!!!!!!!||And: no plug in the bathtub ("the policy of the hotel"... I guess they want to save water), no light near the bed (I could not read), much noise coming from the reception, poor taste in decorating the room... did I...

As începe prin a va spune ca am ales acest hotel pe baza rewiu-urilor scrise anterior de alți clienți și pe baza a ceea ce se spune ca ofera: restaurant, wellness, piscine, demipensiune și ce credeti ..: NU A FOST BINE DELOC ...PARCA AM FOST INTR-UN ALT LOC decât cel descris pe site sau în rewiuri, asta în contextul în care nu sunt un client pretențios, iar suma achitata la acest hotel a fost de 620 lei pe noapte Părți bune: amplasarea hotelului, liniștea ( la ora 8.30 e tulburata de cineva care fie taie lemne cu drujba, fie tunde iarba sau aspira frunzele pe undeva..pana la plecare nu m-am edificat), curățenia din sala de mese, amabilitatea personalului Părți mai puțin bune: Apa din piscine NU este termala-apa din piscina interioara este o apa normala încălzită...lucru pe care eu personal l-am aflat după achitarea rezervării.. în prima faza mi-am zis ca nu este un inconvenient, dar am constatat ca este unul serios, deoarece în aceasta locație am mers tocmai pentru apa termala... iar ca să beneficiez de apa termala a trebuit sa plec din locație la unul din bazinele publice din stațiune.. cu aglomerație și disconfort Welness-ul nu este chiar asa wellness-hotelul nu are maseur angajat, dacă doriți sa beneficiați de astfel de servicii trebuie sa fie chemat un maseur din exterior care lucrează oricum în alta parte și care vine doar dacă poate, deci nu puteți beneficia de masaj la orice ora doriți dvs sau dacă vreți sa beneficiați de masaj in același timp cu sotul/sotia/prieteni nu se poate pentru ca veți fi preluați pe rand, daca maseurul are timp; sauna se porneste doar dacă anunțați în prealabil cu jumătate de ora înainte de a o folosi. În camera nu aveți prosoape și papuci de unica folosinta/veți achita pt prosoape extra la receptie. Restaurantul-nu e chiar un restaurant, este o sala de mese unde dimineața și seara se servesc câteva feluri de mâncare care după părerea mea sunt doar niște fierturi/carne la cuptor si o salata maxim doua (asta daca mergeti la masa seara pana la ora 19.30 pt ca dupa aceasta ora prima salata care se termina nu mai este adusa; vorbesc de o simpla salata de varza sau de castraveti -nimic special)nu poți sa spui ca un orez doar fiert cu putina sare este o mâncare gătită, pulpe de pui la cuptor, sau paște fierte intr-o seara cu puțin ulei de măsline și vreo 3 seri cu sos de roșii. Chiar nu am înțeles unde sunt mâncărurile extraordinare pentru care un turist felicita bucatarul (fără sa jignesc pe cineva mâncărurile sunt limitate ca și varietate sau complexitate). Fructele de dimineața/dacă sunt în meniu(ca pot lipsi cu totul) sunt limitate și se pun câteva în coșuleț, cred ca mai mult de decor sau în speranța că nu vor fi servite, ouăle prăjite se termina primele, dar se completează doar ocazional, ca poate va alegeți altceva; dacă doriți sa comandați ceva de la "restaurant" în cazul în care nu va place cu ce va servesc ei, nu aveți aceasta posibilitate pentru ca nu au un meniu de unde sa va alegeți altceva.Au spus ceva de prânz.. ca ai putea sa iti alegi la prânz, dar dacă vreți dimineața sau seara altceva decât ce vi se oferă nu aveți aceasta optiune. Sa nu va bazați pe desert sau ceva dulce la micul dejun. Desert primiți seara: o rulada sau un fel de chec sau salam de biscuiți-cam la asta sa va așteptați Aparatele de cafea dimineața nu stiu de ce trebuie curățate după câteva utilizări si cam aștepți la prepararea cafelei. O PROBLEMA REALA SUNT TANTARII SI ALBINELE: ATENTIE MARE!!!-nimeni nu spune în comentarii despre asa ceva.Va terorizează.Sa mergeți pregătiți cu aparate și spray uri. Managerii hotelului nu au prevazut ferestrele cu plase de țânțari. Dacă faceți greseala sa deschideti geamul pt aerisire veți avea o serie de vizitatori neinvitati care va vor distruge somnul linistit pe care l-ati așteptat un an sa-l aveți intr-un concediu binemeritat intr-o locație "deosebita". Curățenia în camera este una superficiala, pereții poarta urmele unor "batalii grele" cu țânțarii neinvitati, ușile de la baie si întrare în camera sunt de o vârstă cu hotelul ca și cada su...

My husband spent a night in this hotel while working in the area. It was the first time he was booking a room here. Usually he sleeps really well, but around midnight he started hearing people laughing, running along the coridor, slamming doors, he even heard someone drunk tripping and bashing into his door. Being used with this kind of stuff, he pulled the pillow over his head and fell asleep. Next morning he went to breakfast, there was a large table, with plates, glasses, bottles, it looked like a large group of people had already eaten. He ate and went to reception. He mentioned at the reception that there was a big Party last night, the receptionist turned white and told him that he is the only guest in the hotel. He insisted that there was music and loud noises, so the receptionist took a bible from the desk, gave it to him, told him that strange things happen in the hotel. Apparently from what I heard from other guests, this is happening quite often. I looked for more information about this but couldn’t find it, the only online confirmation I have, are the comments I read from other costumers, most of them complain...
