The morning front desk male on duty was OK with it and considerate since we arrived 245am of August 22, 2022. Gave us 2hours of extra time to sleep & have more rest. The female night duty on August 21, 2022 named Cristina was very inconsiderate, rude and unwelcoming. Just checked in now at 245am after long hours flight. The Hotel is 5 to 7 minutes walk from Arrival area, you will pass the departure area and car parking area. No signage where is the hotel but as you walk along the car parking area, its on the right side further down in the corner...with red light sign Hilton front of the building. Very Poor Customer service. Cristina from the Front desk did not welcome us and was busy talking on her own language with another colleague, that our presence is a burden to her. We find it very rude. Since we arrived 245am, we asked if we can have a Complimentary late check out up to 2pm, she said we have to pay for it, the hotel is full. She bluntly said, by 12 noon we have to vacate the room. Such unwelcoming response. Is this Hilton standards??? We stayed in other hotels, Complimentary a bit of late check out was not a problem. Only 1 bottled water provided, we need to request extra and it seems that Cristina doesn't want to provide extra but we followed it up again after 30 minutes of requesting. Read moreI recently stayed at the Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the hotel had potential, I encountered some issues that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
One of the main issues I encountered was poor customer service. Although the staff was generally polite, they did not seem very enthusiastic about making my stay as comfortable as possible. Any requests I made were met with a polite but somewhat disinterested attitude.
However, the customer service issues were just the beginning. The shower in my room was in poor condition and the temperature control was not working correctly, which made it difficult to take a comfortable shower.
The worst issue I encountered was when I discovered that the key to my room was broken. I had stepped out of my room for a short period of time, only to return and find that the key no longer worked. Despite numerous attempts to fix the key, I was stuck outside of my room for over two hours, with all of my belongings inside and no way to charge my electronic devices for my upcoming flight to Spain.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff was unable to resolve the issue. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, they were unable to fix the door key or offer. I was able to sleep in other for a few hours without the possibility to charge my electronics devices for my incoming flights .
To add to my disappointment, the hotel staff did not offer any compensation for the issues I encountered during my stay. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, they seemed sympathetic but were not able to offer any form of compensation or even a simple apology for the inconvenience I had experienced.
Overall, while the Hotel had potential, my experience was not a good one. The poor customer service, dirty shower, and broken door key left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the staff was generally polite, they were not very helpful in resolving the issues I encountered. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying...
