Hotel EUROPA — Hotel in Ploiești

Well, i arrived at the hotel at around 8:30 and we were psyched as we had dinner included... We were told that the chef had left and we were out of luck... Do you think an apology was given? Absolutely none! We head up to the rooms (we had 2 rooms reserved). One was ok, the other one was still inhabited in seems! Again not even sorry for the inconvenience! ||||In the morning as we were 3 people taking breakfast and only 2 were announced, they quickly came to tell us we need to pay extra!||||I hate these kind of Hotels that only see what the customers owes them. ||The Rooms are okish, but beds are 2 coupled beds which slide apart so going as couples is not recommended!||||They have no real choice of food. You get: Milk, ham, cheese, butter and eggs (and those are not done, they will do them for everyone in person as the hotel is empty and they don't want to throw away food.||||In conclusion: terrible terrible hotel, with even more terrible staff! It is the last time i stayed here and i would recommend you try any other...

We keep our monthly sales conference there and I can say that the hotel has a great value for money for the services. The conference hall in the -1 floor has a very good access and is good for meeting up to 50 people. The projection is average but with an overhead projector I think that conferences will be smoother. We arrived at the hotel at 2 am. They knew that we have to come and they give our room to somebody else. We got a cold room. The furniture is very old. In the bathroom the sink wasn't working. The water was remaining in the sink. They put papers everywhere that is desinfected but we find everywhere hairs. It was really disgusting!If you have the posibility choose another hotel.
