We paid a very reasonable rate for half board, a double loft room finished like a pine chalet. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, hot running water, clean linnen. The food is traditional country Romanian food with enough served. Several room options available, the hostess will machine your laundry for a fee. They dont speak english which was no problem at all because their hospitality was excellent. One family member spoke fluent english. The host will offer you a 'tot of the local homebrew schnapps' before each dinner - quite a warming beverage on an empty stomach. The pensiunea is located next to the local church which has a museum of local art next to it. All local facilities are located in a village 5km away. Surrounded by Carpathian forests and rivers you'll be excellently located for a relaxing few days....

Thank you for a lovely stay and a great start of the year. Hope we'll be back to enjoy Mrs Lenuta's cooking skills to the fullest and book all the...
