Hotel Bulevard — Hotel in Sinaia

We stayed in room 107 with a view of a flat roof, carpark and yard area, not ideal in such a beautiful area. The room was way too small for three people. Our son had to sleep in a camp bed which was wedged against another bed and the radiator, we had to remove a locker and push the beds over to make space to walk between beds. While the room initially looked clean on closer inspection it was quite grubby, dirty walls, light fittings and skirting boards, we found a used slipper when we moved the beds. It really needs a deep clean. Also there is absolutely no soundproofing, we could hear our neighbours and noisy neighbours further along the corridor. ||The bathroom was just wiped over, it was dusty and grubby in places. The toilet roll wouldn't come out of the holder without a struggle and the toilet brush was disgusting, again it really needs a deep clean. The door handle fell off inside the bathroom, luckily I was able to reattach it. The extractor fan didn't work.||The common areas were clean and tidy. There was an abundance of food for breakfast and well laid out, however with such an array greed was inevitable and there was a lot of food wasted as people's eyes were bigger than their bellies.||Staff were hit and miss, some friendly some rude.||Overall I wouldn't stay here again unless I got a bigger, cleaner room with a...

The star that I gave is for the Spa facilities and for the personnel of the Spa. They are really accommodating and helpful. The Spa area is clean and tidy. ||||I wouldn’t book this hotel again as the service at the reception was really bad, the room was outdated and dirty. The bed was made in a hurry and it looked sloppy and untidy.It really needs an upgrade. For the price payed this was a disappointment . ||||The bathroom seen better days, even the bathtub didn’t have a bath plug so you couldn’t take a bath only a shower.The towel in front of the bath tub was on the floor when arriving and not placed neatly.Did somebody use it before?||||The room lacked a toothbrush, grooming set , hand cream or any sort of cream which you can find in any 4 star hotel. It had a showercap and a makeup kit.||||The room was facing the trash can and the staff there early in the morning started to make noise with the trashcans and the bottles from previous night.So any sleep and relaxation ended when they started to make noise early morning.||||Breakfast staff were unresponsive and ignoring staying guests when asked about different things regarding breakfast . Such an elegant and clean place. We came there for a workshop organised by our Young National Association for the Deaf. I know the bed and bathroom are a bit messy in the picture, it is because I took pics with a few minutes before checking out.||The room was very clean, it has a minibar, air conditioning, cloth slippers, coat, towels, and cleaning kits: shampoo, gel, soap, cotton swabs and pads. They refilled the basked with these products when I ran out of them.||Every day they cleaned the bed and the room, everything was at their own place.||All the activities were in a conference room next to the lobby where we had breakfast lunch and dinner. The conference room had everything we needed: tables, chairs, 2 tvs, board with paper, air conditioner and a good atmosphere.||Not to mention the food, it was so delicious!! For breakfast we had plenty of options to choose from! I was so surprised when I saw honey comb on the catering table. You had a various kinds of food to choose from: from savoury to sweet. And around 7 big glasses with diferent juice flavors where you could refill the glass.||The spa was a great place!
