Imperium — Hotel in Suceava

I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel, and I must say, my experience was far from what I expected based on the supposed 4-star rating. From the moment we stepped into our room, it was evident that the conditions were not up to par. The furniture looked outdated and worn, clearly showing signs of age and neglect.

To make matters worse, the room itself felt like a sauna. The lack of proper temperature control made our stay uncomfortable and restless. The cleanliness was also a major letdown. We encountered dusty corners and questionable spots, which definitely didn't meet the standards one would expect from a higher-rated establishment.

Our troubles didn't end there. Dealing with the receptionist turned into a frustrating experience. Our reservation, which should have been a seamless process, was muddled up, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. The lack of professionalism on their part was disappointing and soured our mood even further.

As if these issues weren't enough, we had to contend with mosquitoes throughout our stay. Not only was this a nuisance, but it also disrupted our sleep and added to our frustration. Furthermore, the water seeping from under the bathtub was an unexpected surprise that left us concerned about the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.

The hotel's location near a noisy road only added to our woes. The constant traffic sounds made it difficult to find any peace and quiet, which is something we had been looking forward to during our stay.

In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, reservation mishap, insect presence, water leakage, and the noisy surroundings collectively made this stay quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's important for management to address these issues promptly if they wish to live up to their supposed...

I am very disappointed with this place!!! It was my favourite hotel to stay when we were going home but this summer I’ve forgot my favourite dress there after we stayed a couple of hours to rest after a wedding and when I called they said they can’t find any red dress. I was so upset!!! I am 100% sure that I left it there in the room. I have spoken with the manager over the phone a couple of times but nothing, my dress has vanished. It was an expensive dress and it was my favourite. Also, we booked this room well in advance, called from london to book the room and surprise, when we got at the hotel they said they cant find any room booked under my name, so luckily they a room left with single beds that we could have it so we can rest for a few hours after we celebrated our friends wedding. The staff/the lady was no professional at all. I am very disappointed! This hotel its not what it was before as we used this hotel so many times before. I dont think this hotel deserves 5 stars. Firstly, the receptionists didn't offer us a 'warm welcome', both of them were talking loudly on the phone each time we had to interact with them. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, but the room had an odd smell (similar to burnt plastic). Each room has a large balcony, which is a plus, but the ashtray we had for cigarettes it already had 2 stubs in it. We had two separate beds and the bedsheets were different, one of them even had a hole in it. Another thing i didn't like was the fact that the closet only had 2 clothes hangers. Two persons and two hangers (oh i see). The hotel is situated next to a national road and our room was facing that side; not very comfortable having to hear all the cars passing by (and also a lot of dogs barking around at night).
