Imperial Pension — Hotel in Targu Mures Metropolitan Area

I booked a triple room on Booking.com for 3 nights, subsequently extended for 1 more night at the B&B reception. Was in Tg. Mures with my family for leisure and visiting relatives.||Pros:||- the area is quiet, green, with low traffic on adjacent streets;||- the triple room was clean and very spacious;||- large patio (of the building, not of our room) with pool and garden;||- cabs come quickly to the location (2-3 minutes);||- breakfast may be taken even beyond the communicated deadline (10 a.m.).||- great coffee!||Cons:|| - few towels in the room upon arrival: 2 large and 1 small for 3 people. Towels were changed and their number supplemented after 2 days. Yet, they were all quite rough and worn (after years of usage);||- only one toilet paper roll + cleaning staff does not visit the rooms every day = we had to request reception for another roll after a couple of days! (first experience of this kind and we travel often);||- no soap/shampoo tray in the shower cabin, we had to put our shower gel & shampoo on the floor; no shower gel/shampoo provided by the B&B;||- the blanket was quite small for a double bed; it was of similar size to the one for the single bed;||- WiFi signal was not constant, often weak especially during evening/night; ||- we were not asked anything about our stay and experience...

This guesthouse resides in what i considered to be the most beautiful neighborhood of Targu Mures. The street is composed of wonderful nice villas, there are trees and flowers everywhere, and u have at all point a panoramic view of the city. The zoo is super close and the walk is nice, couz u have the smell of flowers on the street constantly.||||The room is extremely spacious and big and is was very clean and neat. The only problem we had was that our bed was making noise... The furniture is not that new, this is the only disadvantage, but on in all, for the money u are paying u are receiving excellent conditions!!!||||Breakfast is nice, and there are many things available.||||Super friendly and helpful staff, we'd definitely go back.||||Try to book directly with them, is cheaper than...

Recommended - it was the right combination of rooms (three single beds per room, so saved a third room for the six of us) and location. Location has good parking - important for a road trip, but I sent too far from the town centre - a 15 minute walk, although the hill is fairly steep!

Room decoration wasn't anything special, and the lack of curtains in some windows a bit odd. Good views from our room. Small pool looked a little odd at the back, but there as an option. Small bar, and...
