Pensiunea Beatrice — Hotel in Vatra Dornei

We arrived late in the night (11:30 p.m.) after having had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere in pouring rain. The host was super helpful and hospitable, trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We had spoken on the phone and we told him first that we might not be able to come and might need to cancel the reservation. But we managed to change the tire and he waited for us and was very friendly despite the whole back and forth. Next day he helped us find a auto repair shop to deal with the tire. ||||The room was quiet, warm, clean and elegant, with brown decoration and white bed linen. Especially after the cold evening, we felt very comfortable and relaxed there. On the next day there was a beautiful view on the snow covered hills and mountains from our balcony. The room had shower, TV and good WiFi. The price was 100 lei per night for the double room (around 22-23 €), so super good value for money. Food not included. We've been there with our 3 year old kid and stayed for 3 nights. It was a very pleasant stay! The room was large enough for our needs and very clean, however the bathroom was rather small but well equipped. All rooms have a balcony with great mountain view. There are 8 rooms and downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for eating (though we did not cook the food because there is a restaurant 50 m down from the villa). A great plus was the backyard space for kids which was really enjoyed by our daughter. Also, the hosts are very nice and helpful. There is a parking place in front of the villa (for about 5 cars) and during night the gate is closed. I ve spent 2 nights in this place in May, 2015. ||Rooms are very clean, the balcony is amazing and offers you a very nice view of the surroundings.||I had free access to the kitchen, dinning room, garden.
